I got room that have another door to access with another room. I not confortable with that. First that i try to open. Coz i donno what inside the door. But cannot. Then have another side room also try and hear that sound boy. I ask receiptionist for chg but cannot. I book for queen bed and i very not confortable with another door that can access or connect with another room.

Honestly hotel amenities quite disappointed in term of providing drinking water,toiletries, coffee sachet etc which this all should be provided by hotel management as gift for their future customer even though some people might thinks this just a small thing besides that, the bedroom also a bit smelly as well as a space for prayer for Muslims is very limited. It is hoped that the hotel can improve the quality of hygiene and facilities so that people also are satisfied when they come here.

The front desk area was nice. Location was fine with lots of parking. The problem was that the room and bed were not really clean. The attached hair dryer was broken. The front desk person promised to bring a hair dryer but never did. Front desk hanged up my phone after ringing and I had to go down and request to use the hair dryer in another unused room. Suggest to bring own drinking water as they did not provide any.
