I was taken by surprise on the quality of the hotel as I do not have high expectations after reading the reviews. The hotel is hip and modern with a peranakan English colonial vibe within the decor. The reception personnel were pleasant and the staff were all friendly and warm. The room booked was for 3 and it's spacious and super tidy and clean. There is kettle, coffee, fridge amenities and topped with nice soft towels. There is also water dispenser outside the aisle where you can collect water. Its very near city square and komtar. You can take a short cut through a stairways to reach the hotel. The provision shop next to the hotel allows you to top up for drinks at very good pricing. I highly recommend families and travellers to opt for this though the surrounding seem a little run down, the hotel itself is a gem! I couldn't find a single speck of dust. I also want to thank 訂房網站.com for their facilitation. Thanks Hotel CIQ for making our stay a pleasant one. Will come back again! !

預訂的雙床房，到了卻告訴我們沒有雙床房，衹有大床房，沒有為什麼不提前在APP下架該房型？凌晨1點多到，累的沒有多餘的力氣和前台扯皮，衹想趕緊躺下休息，就衹能妥協；進到房間是一個還沒有普通住宅次臥大的房間，設施設備是舊的，房間是又小又老的；最可怕的是房間裡還有一扇門，打開是隔壁房間的門，也就是説隔壁房間如果也打開房間裡的這扇門，我將和隔壁房客四目相對……住宿條件差，環境設施陳舊，但是價格媲美吉隆坡能看到雙子塔的酒店，住這個酒店真的是冤大頭！

駅からも近くとても便利な立地でした。隣には、小さな商店もあり、ビールや水を買うことができます。タクシーも迷うことなく、到著しました。

Hotel is near to City Sq on the other side of the road. Need to walk through building to reach the other side. Room without tissue and hair dryer. Very simple layout.

JBCentralまでのアクセスがよく非常に便利だった。綺麗で清潔感もあっていい。隣のインド料理レストランみあってよかった。
