房間和home stay 管家還可以！但是這次是我度假體驗最差最差的一次經歷。首先，富力海洋公寓停車極其不方便。雖然有停車場但是路標混亂，指示不明確，開車到裡面亂轉，浪費很多時間。其次，公寓的設施維護極其差，我們使用的乒乓球枱沒有一個是好的，而且存在安全因素。 晚上帶孩子去打乒乓球，突然球枱斷裂成兩半，左邊還向上翹起，差點打到我。最可恨的是，保安來了，叫來物管的印度人，態度及其惡劣。説是我們弄壞的，需要賠償。第二天和管家一起去看錄像，即使錄像顯示桌子自然斷裂，但是他們狡辯説我兒子用手碰了桌子。天啊！又打乒乓球肢體不能接觸桌子的嗎？幸好我兒子接一個短球，碰了桌子，過了一陣桌子才斷裂。他們一直狡辯説之前我孩子手按了桌子。我想説你的乒乓桌子多脆弱，孩子手一按就斷裂成兩半。最後一天雖然沒叫我們賠償但是影響了整個心情。他的乒乓桌子每一個好的、都適用黑色膠布貼起來的。以下是圖片。大家一定要小心入住這個公寓。一旦有什麼和物管非常難纏，就是垃圾無關垃圾保安/

Great location, wonderful staff, well maintained hotel, good food, and beautiful view of the sunset. Helpful receptionists, clean and bright room, timely room service, and positive experience. Kind greeting, fantastic room, clean, modern, and with a fantastic view over the city. Clean and comfortable rooms, amazing staff, accommodating and flexible check-in, and enjoyable stay. Great atmosphere and service, spotless hotel, amazing staff, and comfortable bed.

The place was very accommodating when it comes to the check-in policies. Good location, walkable distance to JB Sentral and same location as R&F Mall. The pool is enjoyable, room is clean, comfortable, sufficient amenities and gives free snacks. Make sure you communicate well during check-in since there are a lot of towers available and can be difficult to find if you don’t know exactly which tower it is. All in all, a pleasant experience, would stay here again

Big place and very convenient as the RNF mall has everything. The pool is big and the gym looks good but was not able to use it due to limited time. The customer service is easy to talk to. They can improve on the utensils though as there is only 1 pot available.

It's very nice place, we enjoy our stay even for 1 night, we definitely come back and stay again. Will likely recommend to our friends to stay. Very accessible and have place to shop and eat. Nice place and location.

First of all sorry because for this time visit i’m giving 3star only on your service. Seem it give a bit hassle for me on check in where i need to wait almost 40minutes to check in. Supposedly 2pm on checking however the laddy arrived at 2.40pm to pass the access card. However smooth check out on the another day & they replaced back the missed check minutes. This property is actually good as it is at the boarder side of malaysia with singapore. U could see the singapore across the river. Cleanliness is good for me eveb has a little bit dusty at the bed corner but still acceptable. The location is great due to in the heart of Johor Bharu city. Easy access to every where & it is on the top of a mall called RF Mall. For parking i think is a bit confusing as for the first time customer, need to find parking without any plate number. Supposedly one property should be dedicated at least one parking & no need to check every parking which is available.
