房間可以，比較大，整體風格簡潔大方，舒適。推開窗能看到外景，視野開闊，比較不錯。工作桌椅也舒服。美中不足就是早餐偏馬來西亞本地口味，很多碳水。口味一般，豐盛度一般。

我們的入住體驗從開始到結束都非常愉快。工作人員很有禮貌，整個酒店無可挑剔的乾淨，登記入住非常順利。我們也覺得車輛在停車區安全可靠。 我們對泳池露台房間感到非常滿意——簡直驚人。房間非常大，尤其是浴室。總體來説，設施不錯，儘管還有改進的空間；具體來説，如果能升級為智能電視將是一個很好的提升，因為我們無法將電影投射到目前這台過時的電視上。 然而，早餐非常出色，提供了種類繁多的優秀食物，全部都達到了標準。 我們一定會回來的，特別是如果房間內的娛樂設施能夠升級的話。

酒店設施很齊全，房間插座還有可以直接插的多用插座，真的很方便~服務也很好，早飯選擇特別多，味道都很不錯。酒店位置也挺便利的，樓下就是很多當地餐館~挺不錯的一次住宿體驗

Not centrally located but not too far from major attractions. Easy to call taxis from the hotel so no complaints. Had a high expectations on the buffet breakfast but was disappointed. It is at most a so so breakfast comparing with other 5 star hotels. Swimming pool is a little too small but good for chilling by the pool side.

在我入住的第一天，把行李放到房間後，正準備出門時，8樓一名印度裔男員工不停詢問我是否需要添飲用水、是否要更換毛巾。我已向他表明自己是剛剛辦理入住手續的住客，但他隨即非常直接地向我索取小費。實在沒想到在一間四星級酒店會遇到這樣的員工。 事發時間為3月15日約下午5:30至5:45，地點為8樓，由一名印度裔男員工所為。 On the first day of my stay, after I had dropped my luggage in the room and was about to go out, a male Indian staff member on the 8th floor kept asking if I needed drinking water refilled or towels changed. I had already told him that I had just checked in, but he then very directly asked me for a tip. I really did not expect to encounter such an employee in a four-star hotel. The incident occurred on 15 March at around 5:30 to 5:45 p.m. on the 8th floor, involving a male Indian staff member.

因為睡眠不好，特意跟前台説要安靜的房間，結果給我安排了一個對著大馬路的🥲發現後馬上讓前台給我換房間，解決得也挺順利 房間很大，附近吃飯特別方便，選擇很多

A spacious room with comfortable bed & pillows. Toiletries like toothbrush kits & comb are provided. There's a connecting room. Strong aircon & wifi connection in the room. Walking distance to eateries. There's a Subway fast food chain near the hotel, abt 4 min walk from hotel. Breakfast is great with a variety of dishes. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

有一説一，萬麗酒店絕對是新山輕奢遊行的不二之選。怎麼排都是前三的存在，酒店周邊餐廳眾多，不遠處還有泰式傳統按摩，酒店內房間乾淨整潔，前台熱情大方，床品舒適，空調聲音比其他酒店低一些，睡眠質量得到保證，早餐品種真的非常多樣，食物美味，品質一流，是絕對值得再來體驗的好去處，本人在新山混跡已久，表示萬麗酒店不虛此行，值得再次體驗～
