Not centrally located but not too far from major attractions. Easy to call taxis from the hotel so no complaints. Had a high expectations on the buffet breakfast but was disappointed. It is at most a so so breakfast comparing with other 5 star hotels. Swimming pool is a little too small but good for chilling by the pool side.

因為睡眠不好，特意跟前台説要安靜的房間，結果給我安排了一個對著大馬路的🥲發現後馬上讓前台給我換房間，解決得也挺順利 房間很大，附近吃飯特別方便，選擇很多

A spacious room with comfortable bed & pillows. Toiletries like toothbrush kits & comb are provided. There's a connecting room. Strong aircon & wifi connection in the room. Walking distance to eateries. There's a Subway fast food chain near the hotel, abt 4 min walk from hotel. Breakfast is great with a variety of dishes. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

有一説一，萬麗酒店絕對是新山輕奢遊行的不二之選。怎麼排都是前三的存在，酒店周邊餐廳眾多，不遠處還有泰式傳統按摩，酒店內房間乾淨整潔，前台熱情大方，床品舒適，空調聲音比其他酒店低一些，睡眠質量得到保證，早餐品種真的非常多樣，食物美味，品質一流，是絕對值得再來體驗的好去處，本人在新山混跡已久，表示萬麗酒店不虛此行，值得再次體驗～

Hotel was amazing as it was clean, well equipped and convenient. There are many food options nearby and services in the hotel is great! There are free shuttles to mid valley as well. The best thing about this hotel is their sound proofing whereby I couldn’t even tell there was a storm outside my room due to how quiet the room is!

飯店雖然蠻大型的，但是房間內的設施維護不好. 水龍頭出水量也不穩定。原本的房間還有前一個客戶留下的洋芋片  我有請房務重新吸一次地板。

去新山出差，如果要去Pasir gudang 應該是最方便最好的選擇，早餐也不錯 匆匆留宿一晚沒有什麼體驗，附近晚上很多食肆按摩。

I appreciate receptionist Miss Kisha & Mr shahid for making my Birthday 訂房網站 a memorable one , they help me to change my room from deluxe twin to deluxe King because I had made mistake during my booking. It’s a lovely hotel and friendly staffs.Room was clean and spacious. Lots of shops and eateries and massage place just right downstairs and there’s a weekly Sunday market right beside the hotel. it’s only a 15mins drive away to mid valley Southkey . I would certainly come back and stay here again

I had an excellent one-night stay at the JB Renaissance Hotel, and it was absolutely memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. What stood out the most was the excellent service — every staff member I interacted with was courteous and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. This hotel is definitely family-friendly, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Johor Bahru.
