The location is opposite R&F Mall, which is at the end of CIQ bridge. The check in was smooth despite an intention to collect the MYR10 tourism tax without issuing a receipt from Malaysian government agency. The room was spacious and clean. There was a small fridge. The worst thing was that wifi didn't function and the hotel didn't seem to be active in giving it.
