First of all do not book, this is a total scam. Worse experience of my life, made worse booking & went to grab over to the apartment. Only to realised I was not given any instructions on check in, had to dig for the whatsapp number. Finally contacted the host, was given instructions to make a deposit of $80 SGD while I was waiting to get instructions to check in, if I dont make a deposit I dont get to check into the room I paid for. Instructions was to take the key from the locker, only to realised there was no key in the locker. Contacted host & after a couple of mins of him discussing with his colleagues, I was told to proceed to the apartment straight & there was no padlock with 4 digit combination. Finally entered the apartment, it looks completely different from the picture, it was so run down & hideous. No towels until I requested, less than 20 mins in the room.. I had to check out & leave this disaster of a apartment.

Please improve the cleanliness and also if the bookings are done contact the customer and have a follow up with them. As the time we reached the apartment the RFID was lost and the service is considerably poor.
