房間面積大，乾淨，設備齊全，三間房，有2間房獨立衞浴，1間房用公衞，很方便，如果下次再到新山玩，都會再入住，打車直接下樓就可以上車了，9樓還有泳池可以玩，推薦！

The building is located on the hill. There is also a special instruction to get the keys. Read the admin guide to avoid waste 訂房網站. There is good aircon in the unit. There is also games console for the little ones. Water dispenser only dispenses warm and hot water. The flooring has black stains. But it is still acceptable. Shower head not able to adjust. We have to hold it while showering. Overall a nice view and quiet place.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

Setia has always been my top choice for accommodation in Johor Bahru, and I’ve rebooked this property multiple times. I usually pick different room types based on how many people are travelling with me each 訂房網站. That said, I’m genuinely disappointed with my latest stay. The apartment feels dated and worn out. Most concerningly, there is no internal security latch on the main entrance door, leaving us without extra safety when we locked up for the night. The shower area is unkempt and clearly lacking proper upkeep. The bathroom door is aged, with several rusted fixtures around the washroom. The sofa also looked grimy and unclean. On top of that, the air conditioning in the master bedroom was malfunctioning and failed to cool the room properly, leaving it uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. Considering there are 3 blocks on this property. Agent should clearly label the blocks so that we can correctly select the block we prefer.
