Its a Budget Hotel, but expensive. Space wise its very small better take a cheaper budget hotel it would be same. Toilet was too small we booked another hotel to bath, we couldnt event stand there and brush teeth.

The location is perfect for Travellers that would like to catch Taxi or bus to Singapore from Larkin Central. Our room was clean, smells nice, and have the view of the Terminal, and bathroom inside, clean and have the needed amenities. Staffs were helpful, and late check out with fees are allowed. Many food options and there is a plaza nearby. Dominos pizza nearby. 7eleven and KK shop next door. The only negative thing is I think people allowed to smoke in the hallway, as when we enter, we smell the cigarette smoke so string lingering in the hallway.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is great, with lots of food places nearby and it’s easy to get a Grab. The room was well-equipped – it had a private bathroom, iron and ironing board, mini fridge, and a water heater. The room was clean and comfortable. A few things to note: • No lift, so it can be tiring if you have heavy bags or are with elderly guests. • Rooms near the shared toilet can be a bit noisy at night due to people walking in and out. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would come back again.

設施很差，也沒有吹風機，很多東西都沒有 枕頭很硬不好睡，隔音也很差 外面車走過都聽到，開門關門又聽到。 本根沒有的好好休息

Nginep dsni utk Transit saja dari Singapura ke Kualalumpur, karna pesawat saya pagi, jadi nginep dlu di Johor. LokasiNy gampang dCari, dekat tempat makan dan supermarket. Cuma tdk nyaman sma Kondisi Hotelnya, seperti Hotel "Melati" yg suka dPke CkIn sma Pasangan "...", Kamar Bau asap Rokok bgt, selimut pd bolong bekas Roko gtu.

A bit far from JB central. But rooms r clean n comfy. But the bathroom is a bit small.

Location is very convenient, as Larkin Bus Terminal is just across the street. There are many food establishments as well as dental clinics, convenience stores, spas & even a popular hardware store call Mr. DIY. Staffs are very polite & respectful. Front allowed early check in. There is a RM50 plus RM10 tax upon check in. Overall, very happy & would definitely stay here again next time.

There was a cockroach in my room crawling around. Had to kill it. But overall, cannot complain. Its a budget hotel afterall.
