衞生條件非常一般，有很多蟑螂，下水道返味很臭。 空調製冷效果也不好，開16度很久整個房間都沒冷下來。 500+RMB住這個真的性價比很差。

Hi, I would like to share- Actually overall is really FANTASTIC for such Cleanliness, perfect working aircon, good working lighting which have many functional for the perfect environment you wish to create. Good perfect view - all in good perfect working condition. Only a few defects - perhaps you could look into it - 1. Should provide a daily clean up & replacement of daily towel. When we call to request was told off- every 3 days they will clean up. I stayed for 6 days 5 nights- none came up. Ive to request for thrash bag to clear the rubbish myself. And again a packet of thrash was placed in letter box- no courtesy in calling up to pass to us. 2. 2nd room leftover towel used/unused have bad stinky smell which create unpleasant room air stinky smell. Air freshener all dried up- not replaced. 3. Washing Machine is not working, end up I've to do my laundry elsewhere. 4. Called up anumber which was provided/given for Night shift to assist ard 2200 hrs- but was turn down. Request for an iron. We have ironboard- but couldn't find the iron. 2hen morning arrived saw message- it was stuff inside the letter box - and was upset with such hospitality. Could have text me and I can come down and collect. 5. They do provide laundry rack outside the balcony- but there isn't anything like to clipper to secure it. High floor heavy wind all our clothes either fall off/ fly elsewhere. Lastly pillow was too soft either lack of wool or should be replaced for the both rooms- making my nights sleep uneasy due to pillow- causing stiff necks.

place was strategic,easy check in,but the room are not same as picture. curtain damage,but overall okay.

Good location and view. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned prior to arriving and have to wait for a few hours. Overall for the price paid, nothing to complain about as the place was spacious for four of us.

The location is very good just next to SKS Mall. The place is very new and clean. Would be good if there is mirror in the room. Also should have a power plug in the toilet as that is the only place with mirror.
