    A Bad Stay Experience! Check in information only given on day of arrival, As contacted the PIC, was informed 1 night before but not until chased 1 night before only given some information and was rudely told to be patience! Check in STRICTY at 3pm (even early requested 1 hour before - no reply and no follow up!) On the day of arrival only informed 1 hour early check in is chargeable! APARTMENT CONDITION- UNACCEPTABLE! CHECK IN AFTER 3PM Apartment no clean and hygiene is terrible (photo attached!) Used Bath Towel, Stained floor with bad odor smelly, Shower Gel empty, No Toilet Rolls, Kitchen washing sponge- spoilt and molded Air Con not working well (only told what to do when staying in this Filthy apartment!) When whatsApp- only the cleaner redo! This kind of stay in totally not acceptable even nice tempting photo but NOT the real thing!
