從新山關卡出來去酒店很方便，從關卡走空中連廊步行到R&F富力廣場2樓，再從富力廣場3樓走酒店通道直通酒店8樓。我們入住的樓棟號是B3。酒店沒有前台，衹有電話客服，因此，自助辦理入住前，需要收到郵件，裡面有信箱密碼和鑰匙盒密碼，隨後自己打開拿房卡及鑰匙。拿完後，走出大樓去停車場，筆直走到停車場最裡面，用房卡掃一下左邊大樓門進入（按郵件指示做即可）。

一般般，進入房間都不給打掃，住了了3天，兩天後，確認房間續住，都不給打掃衞生，保潔員進入房間確認了走的時候都不給打掃衞生。太差勁了👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Only stayed here for a night because we were taking next morning KTM to KL but the whole place vibe was great and I'm already planning to return here again when I'm back in JB. I stayed various parts of JB and Mount Austin has always been my favorite spot until now, spacious room, great view, strategic location to R&F Mall with walking distance to CIQ, and their customer service is quite good but I need prompt them to provide me the check in procedure on the arrival day, I think this should be improve and I would have already received the check in detail at least 1 day before the arrival Didn't get the chance to use the facilities but will definitely try it in my next return 訂房網站.

This place is really awesome.. i booked studio unit so clean and spacious..big bathroom..i expected a Seaview but only got cityview ..thats ok but what I got so confused is checking in process.. no prior message in 訂房網站.com on how to check in .. so many blocks there ..so confusing ..i message the property from 訂房網站.com its replied the is hotel reception 9 am to 9 pm ..but nothing there .. its self check in ..after I call the WhatsApp number then only they send the instructions which is also not so easy to find because there are so many buildings.. its so frustrating to find the parking lot too .. instructions again not so clear .. shd tell the color zone and number on the pillar would have been so easy to find the parking lot instead of just gv the lot number.. but I completely no complain about the unit .. could improve on check in procedure

Booking via 訂房網站 - Neo Suites is probably more engaged in AirBNB. There was no block number and unit number given in 訂房網站 confirmation email. As we reached early (10.30am) , tried calling the number but no response. Had to ask for help at the nearby management office of another short-stay rental @ Block B3-1. They helped to contact Neo and subsequently I received the instructions via WhatsApp at about 11.30am. Booked 2 units of 2-bedroom apartment. The unit at level 42 had no hot water in the bathroom.

Excellent service . safer place ."Had a wonderful one night stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, right in the heart of the city, and the staff made us feel at home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had all the modern amenities we needed. Highly recommend it!"
