This place is really awesome.. i booked studio unit so clean and spacious..big bathroom..i expected a Seaview but only got cityview ..thats ok but what I got so confused is checking in process.. no prior message in 訂房網站.com on how to check in .. so many blocks there ..so confusing ..i message the property from 訂房網站.com its replied the is hotel reception 9 am to 9 pm ..but nothing there .. its self check in ..after I call the WhatsApp number then only they send the instructions which is also not so easy to find because there are so many buildings.. its so frustrating to find the parking lot too .. instructions again not so clear .. shd tell the color zone and number on the pillar would have been so easy to find the parking lot instead of just gv the lot number.. but I completely no complain about the unit .. could improve on check in procedure

Booking via 訂房網站 - Neo Suites is probably more engaged in AirBNB.
There was no block number and unit number given in 訂房網站 confirmation email.
As we reached early (10.30am) , tried calling the number but no response. Had to ask for help at the nearby management office of another short-stay rental @ Block B3-1. They helped to contact Neo and subsequently I received the instructions via WhatsApp at about 11.30am.
Booked 2 units of 2-bedroom apartment. The unit at level 42 had no hot water in the bathroom.

Excellent service . safer place ."Had a wonderful one night stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, right in the heart of the city, and the staff made us feel at home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had all the modern amenities we needed. Highly recommend it!"

We booked a 1BR and when we checked in, we were surprised to find out that the hotel had assigned us to a 2BR instead. We called the hotel and checked with them and asked why our room was a 2BR when we initially booked a 1BR. Hotel replied that based on their records, our receipt showed 2BR. We then send them proof that our receipt showed that we booked a 1BR (as shown in the photo attached). The hotel staff then mentioned that they have upgraded our room from a 1BR to a 2BR because there was an issue with the 1BR and they did not have enough 1BR for us so they assigned us to a 2BR instead. It did not make sense to us because now there were 2 reasonings behind why we got a 2BR instead of our initially booked 1BR; 1. They claimed that the receipt on their end showed 2BR hence they switch our 1BR to a 2BR. 2. They claimed that there was an issue with the 1BR and did not have sufficient 1BRs to provide us so they “upgraded” us to a 2BR. We were not informed of this switch and told the staff that they should have given us an early notice that our room has been switch, rather than switching and for us to find out that we did not get the room we initially wanted (we wanted that specific room that we have booked because we wanted the bed and the living room space to be together).
Furthermore, their hotel listing on Trip showed that they had amenities (toothbrush & toothpaste) but when we arrived and checked around the room, there were no such amenities available to use which caused an inconvenience as we had to purchase from a local mart.
We mentioned to the hotel staff that there were no such amenities available in the hotel and they told us they do not provide such amenities and apologised. We were upset but reacted politely as we did not want to cause or make it any tougher for the hotel staff.
Overall, our experience with how the hotel handled our concerns were very disappointing. We also requested some form of compensation but hotel staff did not make any conscious effort to find a solution to make our experience any better.

The room is very clean and bed is very comfortable, location wise is great too easy access through sheltered walkway to city square and komtar.
The amenities nearby is ok cause most of the shop not open.

Nice interior, nice hospitality. In the center of a city on a boarder to Singapore. Free pool, gym, shopping mall is there.
