房間沖涼的熱水器沒有特別的熱，就是比溫水高一點點，感覺外面便宜的酒店沖涼熱水都比這家好😅😅，唯一遺憾就是樓上泳池太早關了，晚上都沒有什麼娛樂了😂

JB 2D1N Quick Escape: Horizon Mall & New Hotel Soft Launch Review! The Crew: 2 Adults, 2 Boys 💸 Total Damage: ~$700 📍 Stop 1: Horizon Hills / Horizon Mall The Good: DMC is top value (sign up as a member!). The outdoor playground is marvellous for burning off energy. 🛝 The Bad: Zero shade at the playground—the weather was brutally hot. ☀️ Limited food options around. The Ugly: Hao Ke Kopi was a massive letdown. The houseflies were no joke—groups of fat, juicy ones buzzing around everywhere! Lost our appetite instantly. 🪰 Quick Fix: Ended up grabbing emergency snacks and drinks at Watsons and Village Grocer before heading to the hotel. 🛒 Stop 2: Soft-Launch Hotel (30-min drive) Check-in & Parking: Smooth and seamless breeze! Room: Missed out on the exclusive Cockpit Room (there’s only 1 right now!). Still a solid, decent room size with free mini-bar snacks/drinks and Bvlgari toiletries that smell amazing. (Note: A few flying insects around, likely due to the soft launch). Pools & Fun: 3 swimming pools! The kids loved the infinity pool with water guns and floats. The slide was fun, though the boys said it had static/friction when going down. ⚠️ Safety Hazard: Management needs to put anti-slip mats at the lift area immediately—swimmers’ wet feet made it super slippery and I took a really bad fall! 🍽️ Food & Dining Reality Poolside Bar: Not open yet. Japanese Restaurant: Very disappointing (3/10). Saved by: The Chinese restaurant on-site was actually good and uncrowded. Night Highlights: A lively night bazaar right outside, capped off with a surprise 5-minute fireworks display at 10 PM! ✨ Final Thoughts Verdict: 2.5/5 🌟 Pros: Clean, brand new, some vibes, kids abit entertained. Chance to experience first class suites on airplane with full king size bed without paying a premium. This is the place where you should go with family! Small hotel with 2x Boeing 747 cargo planes converted into suites. Each plane comes with 10 rooms and hotel building block has another 20+ rooms. With less than 50 rooms, you won’t experience over crowding like other hotels with 100+ rooms. Other words quiet and more privacy. Which gives you the premium feel. Not to mention the high end finishing in common areas and in room. 5 star quality hotel in a secluded area which you rarely can find. Other than the airplanes main attraction, the children water park playground pool was a blast for the children. They also have 4 different swimming pools located at ground floor and 3rd floor. Children pool, beach pool with real sea white sand, adult pool, and jacuzzi pool. Food option was very limited. 1 Japanese restaurant in hotel and 1 Chinese restaurant outside of hotel, walking distance a stone throw away. Each room comes with 2 pax complimentary Japanese Ala carte breakfast. Airplane suite rooms design is too low the ceiling to floor height. At 178 cms I need to bend my head 70% of the time. Knocked my head a dozen times due to low height ceiling. Unsuitable for 175 cms and above height. Is like walking in hobbiton house or some tight cramped cave. Take note for slightly above average height people. Definitely not for foreigners. Phone in room wasn’t working. Could call front desk and house keeping. Had to manually walk out to front desk to ask for assistance. 90% of hotel staff cannot speak English. Security guard, cleaners, and pool towel boy. You’ll definitely have a tough time if you cannot communicate in Bahasa Malaysia. Only front desk staffs could speak English. Maybe their market cater for local Malaysians who speaks Bahasa only. Very poor directions. No signage at all for hotel and lobby. No hotel staff at lobby most of the time. They have 2 wings of lobby. A little confusing. All the Grab drivers got lost as it’s a new area. Use Chao Shan Lou restaurant as pick up and destination in Grab app. Check in was at 1st floor. You need to ask around and pray someone is at lobby to inform you. Don’t feel very welcome from first impression. Management ought to do something about this. Had bad experience with hotel cleaner at toilet in lobby area. Wet floor from washing toilets, the water flow out to common area outside of toilet. Both my wife and I slipped and almost fell. Very slippery fall hazard. Cleaner didn’t place wet floor signage at all when floors were still wet. On black marble tiles you cannot see the water. Management should look into their cleaning policies. This could have been very bad if it was an elderly who fell. Safety of guest must be the utmost priority. Plenty of parking around as all the shop houses within vicinity are still empty vacant.

Our stay in Greece suite on Bey plane was a blast! The suite is one of the two ( other one is Italy, next door ) that has a patio. We enjoyed the three pools especially the roof top affinity pool on level 3. The room amenities had lavazza coffee , bvlgari hotel line shower , Samsung tv, sound bar and complimentary bar and drinks . The breakfast was semi buffet ( rice , miso soup, pastries, salad , natto and fruits ) and one can choose from an ala carte option. The staff is friendly and attentive. It would be great if the hotel can consider to provide a non slip mat for the bathtub, shower caddy to place our own toiletries and also a mini rain shelter or sunshade to enjoy the patio view. I go to the nearest petrol station which has a KFC ( need to drive out) about 100m away. There is a Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel. The nearest shopping centre is aeon Dato onn, about 3km away and paradigm mall is about 12 km away. Would recommend that you drive to get here and around. It’s a little dusty as the area is still developing … one can see contruction nearby and workers at night when one drive back to the hotel . It’s safe as there is patrol security and hotel access card. Nevertheless, we will be back for the signature cockpit suite (China). We hope the other plane will be operational soon to open for hotel stay.

We booked the most expensive room(signature aircraft room) with 2100myr but the service was terrible. The place is new and taxi driver has problem to find the location. The place is too new that lots of things are not ready yet, both soft and hardware. for example when we arrive, there no one there to do reception for check in!!the staff is a bit confused about what they are doing. And No baby crib is provided even we requested in advance. The breakfast is not tasty and the fruit and bakery is limited choice and not fresh.

Very new and the hotel looks fab. Go while it’s still new! :D location might be abit off but it’s really worthy of the experience. Staff was lovely too. Thank you!

Booked the signature suite for almost S$800 but was told during check in that the room was not available as the aircon was not working. The replacement room was the business suite which was half of the price of what we paid. The hotel initially refused to give us any refund, insisting that our booking was non-refundable. We were also told that, in addition to staying in the replacement room, we would still be given access to the signature suite. We were initially willing to accept this arrangement as a compromise. However, after the staff brought us around to view the rooms, we returned to the lobby and were then told that they could not actually give us full access to the signature suite because contractors would be repairing the aircon. If we wanted to enter the room, we would have to call the staff each time to have them open it. This made no sense to us. We also questioned why they were only offering dinner as compensation when the difference in room value was approximately SGD 350 which the dinner would not come close to this amount. The manager eventually offered to let us have full access to both rooms but only if they took back the dinner that had been offered as compensation. We had paid almost SGD 800 to stay in that room not merely to visit it for short periods. What also made very little sense was the compensation they initially offered: 50% off a future stay. We had already paid almost SGD 800 for the room during our current stay, which was nearly twice the price of the replacement room. Offering 50% off a future stay doesn’t make us better off and it requires us to spend more money with the hotel in the future to receive the compensation for a room they failed to provide. Eventually we contacted 訂房網站 to request for a full refund of our booking. The check in process and settling the issue took more than 2 hours and left a sour taste in our mouths as we were celebrating our anniversary.

We stayed at 1975 Avenues & Hotel from 29 August for a family staycation. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations of a 5-star hotel. What could be improved: • Poor signage & directions – The hotel was difficult to locate, and we had to make a big U-turn due to unclear signage. • Slow check-in – There was no clear signage to the lobby, and check-in was slow. Despite the long wait, no complimentary drinks or refreshments were offered. • Inconvenient location – Very limited dining options nearby. The surrounding area is mainly industrial, and getting to AEON took around 45 minutes due to heavy traffic. • Extra bed price discrepancy – 訂房網站.com showed RM120 for an extra bed, but reception informed RM250. This should be state clearly. • Poor soundproofing – This was our biggest concern. The hotel is next to a highway, and we could hear lorries and motorcycles throughout the night. Our children could not sleep well. • Limited facilities & entertainment – Limited TV channels, no snooker table, and no trash bin in the ladies’ sauna/shower area. • Breakfast was disappointing – Semi-buffet with limited choices and slow food replenishment. The Japanese bento was average and took a long time to arrive, which was especially inconvenient for children and elderly family members. • Limited access to the aircraft corridor – We were also disappointed that hotel guests were not allowed to visit certain aircraft corridor areas. Clearer information about guest access would be helpful. What we liked: 👍 Well-equipped gym with modern machines 👍 Complimentary minibar – a nice touch Overall: Unfortunately, our family did not enjoy the staycation as much as we had hoped. There are many areas that could be improved, especially service efficiency, soundproofing, signage, breakfast and guest facilities. For the price we paid, we expected a genuine 5-star experience. However, based on our overall experience, the service felt closer to a 3-star standard.

Nice hotel and clean room, but hotel does not seem ready for operation or they’ve manpower issues. When we arrived on Friday afternoon there was nobody at the reception area, I had to walk around and finally found a staff outside. He then helped us to contact his colleague, who then told us to proceed to another level. Bfast option was very limited and similarly they seemed understaffed. Location was secluded, there were no amenities around. Overall nice concept (if you like airplanes) and place is clean/new.
