Extremely Poor Hygiene, Maintenance, and Health Hazards. - ✅ Extremely dusty — floor was full of dust when we checked in, feet turned black just walking. Porch full of dry leaves. We had to call CS to come clean. - ✅ Cockroaches — 7–10 found over 2 nights: living room, bedroom, toilet. - ✅ Bad smell in bathroom — strong sewage smell, we had to keep door closed. - ✅ Aircon not cold — master bedroom AC doesn’t work properly. - ✅ Health issue — my sister got itchy, sensitive skin, likely from bugs/dirt. - ✅ No responsibility shown — we had to chase for everything. The place was not cleaned, not maintained, very unhygienic. It ruined our stay and caused health problems.
