這住宿不像是2025年的吧！怎麼這麼簡漏，連廁所窗戶都用紙板黏住！這住宿ㄧ進門就超級濃的花露水味，廁所廚舊又裂開，毛巾黃黃，枕頭也是一樣！下次不敢只看開幕年份，感覺被照片騙了！入住要放押金，因為是外國人，不懂怎麼給馬幣匯款，最後給了新幣paynow.退房後要等3天才退款！入住車要停3樓以上，鑰匙要在信箱拿！入門自己開電，退房要關總開關！全部請拍照傳video 給他們看。第一訂這樣的房，也是體驗到了！還是訂飯店好些，手被什麼蟲咬了幾個包，不懂何時好.

The location is great, but unfortunately, that’s probably the only good thing I can say about this place. The customer service was legit unhelpful. I asked about the deposit three times and got no response at all. Even after I paid the deposit and asked them to confirm whether they had received it, it took them a very long time to reply, The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. The bathroom had quite strong and unpleasant smell, and the overall hygiene was poor. Worst of all, I even found blood stains on the duvet. Aiyo so suay la. This was my first time staying here, and it will definitely be my last. I would not recommend this place to anyone:(

the service was good.. everything online, i like it.. everything in the apartment as in the list and those are good except bedroom aircon doesn't work, the technician didn't show up till our last night.. for deposit refund instan the same day i checkout (i use touch n go).. hope next visit the aircon just be okay, because the place near JBCC..

Suite is big, affordable and clean. Complete appliances. Close to CIQ and Komtar. They can improve with bigger pillows. Wifi is fast but except in common room. Overall, the place is good, i highly recommend.

Pros: Location was great, easy access to malls and good food. Very convenient and more than enough space for 2 people. Cons: Apartment was very rundown. Furniture and walls looks old. There were areas in the apartment that looks dirty/moldy. The apartment has a water dispenser but it was leaking and flooded the entire kitchen counter top and floor.

Stayed here for just 1 night before we heading to Singapore the next morning, Overall everything was good and the stay was comfortable. The only issue was the iron and ironing board. I think its time to replace themas thr iron almost apart, which didnt feelnsafe to use. The ironing board was unstable and kept collapsing while i was ironing. Other than that, everything was okay.

Checking in was a hassle. I’ve texted and called nobody reply (RR CS) for the lock box pin I needed until 訂房網站 asked them then later they replied. Stay was just average and the toilet smells unpleasant the whole time. RR CS asked for online deposit fee I’ve done but next day after I checked out, in the afternoon they still wanted to deduct overseas transfer fee from my deposit. As far as I’ve checked for the same bank transfer Maybank SG to Maybank MY there is no bank charges at all. I’ve informed them and hope they do their checks before informing clients on this things. This will be my first and last staying at this apartment.
