1. 這是多久沒人住了，被子有一股味道好像沒洗，睡一會兒床上竟然有跳蚤！！還被咬了兩口，趕緊換了另外一個房間，結果那個房間的空調是對著頭吹的，第二天起床吹得頭疼！ 2. 房間什麼都有了竟然沒有拖鞋！沒有一次性拖鞋能理解，連非一次性拖鞋也沒有，這是讓人光著腳滿屋子走嗎？ 3. 好好的高層景觀窗簾竟然打不開，無語😅窗戶隔音也是超差的，晚上睡覺要聽著摩託的炸街聲，痛苦~ 4. 全程最糟糕的是酒店入住流程，讓加whatsapp，加了又不及時回覆，問一步説一步，酒店説密碼發到郵箱了，但查看也沒找到。從到達樓下到進房間足足折騰了快40分鐘，電梯刷卡的位置離譜到你不問保安也不會知道。 5. 對華人超不友好，明明whatsapp給她發中文，她發過來一會兒中文一會兒英文，導致閲讀困難，很多入住細節和流程都被忽略掉了，而且重要的入住細節不會特別提醒，你自己要默默地看完整套又小又長的英文Notes 1. I rushed to switch to another room, yet the air‑conditioning in that new room blew directly at my head. I woke up the next day with a splitting headache. 2. The room had almost every amenity, but there were no slippers at all. I can understand the lack of disposable slippers, but not even reusable ones? Are guests expected to walk barefoot all over the room? 3. The high‑rise room had a nice view, but the curtains wouldn’t open at all — so frustrating! The window insulation was also terrible. I had to listen to loud motorbike revving noises all night, which was miserable. 4. The worst part by far was the check‑in process. I was told to add them on WhatsApp. After adding them, they replied very slowly, only answering one question at a time. The hotel said the room password would be sent to my email, but I never found it there. It took nearly 40 minutes from arriving downstairs to finally getting into my room. The elevator card‑swipe spot was so obscure that even the security guard wouldn’t tell you unless you asked. 5. They are extremely unfriendly to Chinese‑speaking guests. I messaged them in Chinese on WhatsApp, but their replies switched randomly between Chinese and English, making it hard to read. Many check‑in details were missed. Critical information was never highlighted; you have to read through the long, tiny‑print English notes on your own.

對面就是KAL商場，吃東西，按摩很方便。 管家回答非常快，有交帶。房間整潔，51樓風景美又有機打，泳池大又美，有GYM ROOM。 唯一附近有裝修，每天很早就有巨響！很嘈！

本來衹是路過隨便住一晚，沒想到挖到寶了！位置方便，周邊啥都有。房間乾乾淨淨，床墊軟硬剛剛好，一覺睡到自然醒。裝修風格簡約有質感，燈光暖暖的，晚上回房間有種回家的踏實感。

房間很新，所有設施用品都很新，距離KSL很近，走路五分鐘就到，樓下有24小時便利店，有美髮按摩等店鋪，也有飯店。 樓下門口還有大四喜點心店，下樓吃早餐也超級方便。已推薦給朋友，自己也會再次光顧。

房間的衞生很乾凈，客服回覆效率很快，態度友好，有問題馬上解決，地理位置很好，附近有商場便利商店，很方便

環境很好，很舒適。地點也合適不會偏僻，辦理入住也很輕鬆。更重要的是平台的照片和實體沒有區別，超級加分

地理位置好，下樓對面就是 KSL Mall... 房子很新、很香，超乾淨的... 價錢也不貴... 贊贊贊...

我住了這麼多次酒店第一次要投訴。外勞保安人員太過囂張，開車進要填資料出也要填資料，是每次進出都要問。我入住3天2夜，最後一夜我就問了保安為什麼你們沒有保留資料。他很凶的説你要出還是不想出😳因為我不是送貨人員衹進出就完事。我是住3天2夜呀。這就是灑店的管理層人員
