Overall was ok as it was a new unit. Check in was smooth and easy. The other units around are still renovating, some drilling noise and quite dusty. One of the toilet had a bad sewage stench, asked for maintenance help but they only placed a diffuser, problem wasn’t solved. Reply was prompt though. Would appreciate if more things were provided (eg. tissue paper/ kitchen towels) as price point was quite high.

Booked this Nanyang-style homestay at Space Residency and really enjoyed the stay. 🥺😭 The unit has a luxurious look and is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and pleasant. 🥹🥹 There’s also a game console provided, which was a nice bonus for entertainment. Location is super convenient ！walking distance to KSL Mall and easy access to nearby amenities. The unit was clean and well maintained, and the host was responsive throughout. Check-in guide was clear and easy to follow. Overall a great stay and highly recommended!💖

It's only location that's good bcos of nearby mall and eateries.Check in was so trouble some as instructions was not so clear.There are alot of noises cause by peoples offloading firecrackers through out the night.Insulations was so poor although it is a new building.
