I'm truly disappointed with this stay. Sewage smell from the toliet is damn bad, seriously bad. When I first enter the room, there's already a weird smell. Found hair, plaster at living room, cups very dirty, bedsheet dirty. Request for change of room but couldn't get it. Request for extra pillow, also couldn't get it. Book at your own risk. There's also alot of flies in the living room and bedroom... Bad bad experience

Very clear and smooth guide for check in and check out. Room is good as advertised. only disappointment is no clothing hooks in both bathrooms. Also the wifi coverage to rooms and en-suite toilet is not very good that we have to switch to our own SIM network for internet usage. Hope it can improve the coverage.

Overall was ok as it was a new unit. Check in was smooth and easy. The other units around are still renovating, some drilling noise and quite dusty. One of the toilet had a bad sewage stench, asked for maintenance help but they only placed a diffuser, problem wasn’t solved. Reply was prompt though. Would appreciate if more things were provided (eg. tissue paper/ kitchen towels) as price point was quite high.

Their service replies are quick. The rooms are big and comfortable. Only thing is the toilet was smelly. And the floor was dusty. Would be great if they could do a quick cleanup before the guests arrivals. Despite all that, everything is great. Would definitely come back again.

Location was great, view from room was superb! Right beside KSL mall, lots of food options and massage places. Check in was easy, owner was friendly.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The unit was clean upon arrival and suitable for our small family, although it felt slightly smaller than what the photos suggested. The home was equipped with basic necessities, but a few additions would improve comfort — such as extra floor mats for inside and outside the bathroom, and a small shelf or ledge in the toilet to place toiletries, as space there was quite limited. As the building appears to be new, there was some construction noise in the mornings, so light sleepers may want to take note. The bed was comfortable, though additional pillows would make the stay more comfortable, as two per bed felt insufficient. At over $400 for three nights, the pricing felt a little on the higher side given that some amenities could be improved. That said, the stay was decent overall, and we hope to see enhancements as the property continues to develop.

Booked this Nanyang-style homestay at Space Residency and really enjoyed the stay. 🥺😭 The unit has a luxurious look and is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and pleasant. 🥹🥹 There’s also a game console provided, which was a nice bonus for entertainment. Location is super convenient ！walking distance to KSL Mall and easy access to nearby amenities. The unit was clean and well maintained, and the host was responsive throughout. Check-in guide was clear and easy to follow. Overall a great stay and highly recommended!💖

It's only location that's good bcos of nearby mall and eateries.Check in was so trouble some as instructions was not so clear.There are alot of noises cause by peoples offloading firecrackers through out the night.Insulations was so poor although it is a new building.
