The apartment was too noisy. The renovation still on throughout till 5.0pm and the air con compressor is very noisy. We make multiple feedbacks and there is nothing they can do. Some of the toliet hooks easily fall off and the toliet design does not enough space to put it clean clothes or facial wash items. Is quite bad.

It is near to Shopping Mall. The room could be better and clean if the bed headboard has quite a bit of dust on it. When the fan/AC is ON the dust gets blown around the room. Have difficulties on the card access to the respective floor.

Both toilets in our 2 bedroom apartment were very stinky and the unpleasant smell was unbearable. It came from the 2 drainage pipes in the toilets. The common toilet ceiling has a big hole when we checked in. And the ceiling is moldy

The location of the unit was very convenient. However, there were some negative points for the strong sewage smells, WiFi coverage is weak & the loud slamming doors happening almost every hour especially at night.
