Overall, the cleanliness of the property was okay, but the bedsheets could be improved as there were some visible stains. Since the property is new, I think guests should be informed beforehand that there may still be ongoing construction in the area. I stayed for 2 days on weekdays and experienced construction noise throughout the day. The soundproofing was also not very good, as I could clearly hear the contractors talking while I was trying to sleep in the afternoon. The biggest issue I encountered was the parking. The designated parking space provided by the property was occupied by another car. I asked the security guard for assistance, but the only options given were to park at the visitor parking for RM50 per night or contact the property directly. I ended up being stuck in the parking area for about an hour trying to contact the property. Despite making several calls, they never responded. Luckily, I managed to find the company’s HQ contact number and eventually got assistance. Overall, the stay was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of customer service and responsiveness. The property should also be more transparent about the ongoing construction and parking arrangements.

Nice place to stay with clean rooms and toilets. My mum love it… only feedback: the lift and the door password were a bit long. Overall we had an amazing 2 day Staycay.

The first time I came to Johor Bahru this was the first place i stayed and I was so very happy with my stay and their service is top notch i will come back again

New and clean place with 2 bedrooms. Will book again. Near KSL.

The apartment was too noisy. The renovation still on throughout till 5.0pm and the air con compressor is very noisy. We make multiple feedbacks and there is nothing they can do. Some of the toliet hooks easily fall off and the toliet design does not enough space to put it clean clothes or facial wash items. Is quite bad.

It is near to Shopping Mall. The room could be better and clean if the bed headboard has quite a bit of dust on it. When the fan/AC is ON the dust gets blown around the room. Have difficulties on the card access to the respective floor.
