非常非常有特色的民宿，沒想到在JB還能訂到這樣的。和圖片符合度挺高的，但圖片的氛圍感會更強烈，也看起來比較新，實際上屋內的設施會有一些老舊。 樓層很高，陽台很開闊，可以同時看到大海、新加坡和馬來西亞。民宿在高端住宅裡，樓下安保很好，服務態度也很好。要提前去夾層拿鑰匙，還算方便。每個房間有一個免費泊車位，停車很方便。 但也有民宿的通病，隔音比較差，應該是一整套房被分成了兩個，總能聽到隔壁的聲音。其次投影清晰度很低。然後衞生紙的質量很差，最好能再提供護髮素。屋主在Whatsapp上的回覆還是比較及時的，基本遇到問題都能馬上處理。 整體很有設計感也很獵奇，值得來住住看。衹是這個價位，希望在一些用品上提供更好的質量。

原本對這間民宿期待很大，但入住民宿當天遇到公寓電梯的掃描器故障，導致延遲了很久才順利進入民宿。在這期間多次與客服人員溝通，客服説會與公寓物業聯繫，之後我幾次打電話想詢問進展都沒人接聽，處理客戶的問題很被動。我們最終延遲2小時才順利進入房間，我還帶著5個月大的寶寶，在停車場周旋很久，寶寶情緒也受到影響。以上情況跟客服溝通想申請隔天延遲退房來補償我們的時間，客服也是不迴應不處理，這讓我非常不滿意！ 另外，客房床墊太軟，躺在床上翻身時有吱嘎響，影響睡眠質量；客廳廁所有難聞的味道，建議多通風；廚房有很多螞蟻，浴缸熱水不夠熱…儘管房間裝修和佈置很用心，但依然希望這些反饋能引起重視，並加強服務品質，優質的服務和舒適乾淨的環境才能贏得好評。

衹入住幾個小時，沒過夜，當天就走了。可是入住政策的原因需要預訂兩天。房子裝修和圖片一致，海景不錯。但是沒空去海灘。生活算便利。有商場，街邊店。銷售中心對面有吃的。取鑰匙的説明做的很詳細，跟著説明走能拿到鑰匙。

The house is very cute. Such vibrant colours make the whole stay happier. There were a lot of ants on the floor when we came. We informed the owner and the cleaners came very fast to assist us to mop the floor again. Small matter though. Everything else was good. Near shops and food places. The carpark is well guarded and makes us feel safe to leave our car parked. The view from both rooms was spectacular.

Room was not cleaned the moment we stepped in without informing us prior, stains on the bed and very wasnt unable to check in/enter with the QR code given. Disappointing experience with no compensation given.

Overall its a good stay, though location is not the best. Drop off was confusing for the grab driver on the day we arrive and we eventually had to walk over. The place was beautiful nonetheless and we had a nice stay. I did request for 1 extra blanket prior my stay, and it was disappointing that it can’t be arranged. This was also not informed to us prior, though I did contact the team for some other matters too.

No doubt the place is very nicely done up with the plane and airport feels, has a very nice bathtub and a great view from the 'porch' area. However, it is quite poorly maintained. The aircon was noisy and there are brown stains at the vents. The projecter doesnt work properly and the remote control seems faulty, streaming services do not work and it does not support casting. There are cockroaches found near kitchen area. The heater is intermittent with the hot water. The floor rag has stains. Overall, the place will be great if the place is properly cleaned up.
