The people in charge of the place was very nice. When we went there and sat on a bench in the living room, it broke. Belive it may have been due to wear-and-tear as we had noticed the bench had screws showing it had tried to have been fixed in the past. So, when my father had sat on the bench and the chair broke, we were very worried about his safety. However, we spoke to the staff via whatsapp, and they told us that it would be replaced for the next people staying in the place, which we were relieved that they want to take action. Good place. good location. nice people

Tempat nya bagus bisa lihat pemandangan Jb-Singapore. Kamar nya bagus bisa untuk anak dan keluarga , tempat nya rapi bersih property ramah Tempat lokasi 📍dekt sama jb sentral Menurut aku jgn ragu untuk menginap di 🏠 homestay paragon resident

It was a pleasant stay however the advertised Netflix facility was not available nor followed up despite complain made. And the process of returning the deposit should be further fine tune.
