The location was good, right above Paradigm Mall. Service provider was prompt in replying to messages and gave clear check-in, check out guide with videos. The place is just nice for a family of 6. Slightly down side is the water pressure in the bathroom could be abit stronger, but this is subjective to individuals.

Location is good and the customer service respond quite fast. Downside is the cleanliness really need significant approve, and such big unit only have a dinning table with 4 seaters.

Check in and out was easy. As it is adjoined with Paradigm Mall, it is convenient for basic necessities and food. However vending machine in the premise only accept cash. Grab is also easy to find the premise. Overall very good experience.

Staff were super nice and replied to most of our enquiries on as fast as possible c:, very nice scenery from our assigned room. Extremely convenient since it is right on top of Paradigm Mall. Bedsheets and some items were damaged or dirty though. But overall, it was a good overnight stay.

Overall, the experience was okay. The location near the mall is convenient. However, I was dissatisfied with the room's air conditioning, which was not working properly. After informing the reception, they simply sent someone in to fix it without any prior notice. Thankfully, nothing went missing during the process. Even after the repair, the air conditioner still did not function properly.
