這家位於新山（Johor Bahru）的民宿真的非常適合需要頻繁來回新加坡的旅客，整體體驗超出預期。民宿位置非常便利，距離新山關卡（JB CIQ）不遠，無論是打車還是Grab都很方便，早上過關去新加坡通勤或遊玩都非常省時，大大減少了路途和排隊的疲憊感。房間乾淨整潔，佈置溫馨，生活用品配備齊全，空調、熱水、Wi-Fi都很穩定，住起來很安心。晚上從新加坡回來後，可以好好休息，環境安靜，不會受到噪音干擾。房東溝通順暢，回覆及時，入住和退房指引都很清晰，對第一次來新山的旅客也非常友好。周邊生活機能完善，附近有便利店、餐廳和咖啡店，吃飯、買東西都很方便，性價比非常高。整體來説，這是一家位置好、交通便利、適合跨境出行的民宿，無論是短住還是多住幾天都很合適，下次再來一定還會選擇這裡。

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended for a quiet and relaxing staycation We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed how peaceful and comfortable this place is. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with complete amenities that made our stay very convenient. The view was absolutely lovely, perfect for slow mornings, coffee by the balcony, and winding down after a long day. What we appreciated most was how quiet and relaxing the environment felt, despite being very accessible near the restaurants, malls, convenience store and transportation. Everything we needed was nearby, yet the place still gave that calm, private staycation atmosphere. The room was so clean with aircon and ceiling fan, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen setup was practical, got also Ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. Overall, this is a great spot for anyone looking to rest, recharge, and enjoy a peaceful staycation with a nice view. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you so much again.

This is a very exquisite studio apartment located in a very central location, with easy (walkable) access to the CIQ, JB Central and City Square. The promenade behind this building offers lovely view of Singapore and the causeway. We had an enjoyable 5-night stay at this beautiful apartment.

Room is clean and spacious. Swimming pool is clean and big. There's a playground and fitness area for seniors too. However, amenities is a little lacking (no tissue box, sanitary plastic, cotton bud). Also alittle confusing for first time check in, but pdf instructions given is detailed. Another unhappy occurrence was during check out. Informed staff will check out late at 12pm, acknowledged. But staff kept reminding to check out on time repeatedly, even at 1157am. Feels like they can't wait for us to leave. Overall, will still consider to stay again.

My first stay at R&F Seine was pleasant. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and spacious, offering comfortable living space with modern furnishings. Everything was satisfactory overall, except that the water heater was not functioning, which caused inconvenience during my stay.

The house is not as shown in pictures. Bedsheets are dirty and not change in every room. Shoe prints and hair on bedsheets. See pictures. The wallpaper was not even glue properly. Marker stains on wall. Floor laminated popping up everywhere. Lots of ants in the house. And cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen, yard and bathroom. Basin was choking and water flow too slow. Floor oily and footprints everywhere. Host has bad service don’t care abt customer service and only wanna make profit. This is by far our worst experience in JB. They keep on hang up your call and ignore your calls. Will not use Nest home again. good luck to whoever still believe in them fake reviews and yucky 🤮 service.

The location is very convenient and it has a good view, the interior is nice and clean but there is only one roll of toilet paper, perhaps they could provide at least 2, will definitely come again
