Extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The moment we opened the door, we were hit by a strong, disgusting smell that was so unpleasant it made us feel nauseous. The floor was sticky and unpleasant to walk on. The bathroom was in an appalling condition. The ceiling was covered with extensive mould-like stains, the shower was broken, and there were urine stains and heavy dirt around the bathroom, which was honestly nauseating. The bed linen was also in an unacceptable condition, with obvious stains, including marks that appeared to be lipstick stains. Under these poor and unhygienic conditions, my child suffered multiple insect bites, while I developed respiratory symptoms and difficulty breathing following the stay and am arranging to see a doctor. If we had not arrived so late at night, I would never have stayed here. We had no practical alternative at that time, so we stayed for the night and checked out early the following morning. This is honestly one of the worst and most unpleasant homestay experiences I have ever had. Most importantly, the actual condition of the property was significantly different from the photographs shown on 訂房網站. This is not simply a matter of the property being less attractive or less clean than expected. The concern is the substantial discrepancy between what was presented to consumers online and what was actually provided. I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking this property carefully verify its current condition before making a reservation.

Let’s start with the good things. The house and room are clean, spacious and well maintained. You can tell someone actually takes care of the property. 👍 Now comes the fun part: the check-in process. 😂 If you’re travelling with senior citizens, good luck. Seriously. The property requires self check-in, which is fine in principle, but the instructions are so clumsy and confusing that reading them itself feels like an exam. I genuinely don’t think this place is senior-citizen friendly unless your parents are secretly tech support professionals. 😂 Parking is another adventure. The parking area is quite far, and finding the designated parking space with the provided number wasn’t exactly a treasure hunt I was hoping to experience after travelling. And then… my booking couldn’t be located during check-in. 😅 I called the property, and I believe a male who was possibly the owner/management answered. Instead of helping me directly, I was told to contact their customer service/staff.(takde function) Which made me wonder: then what is the purpose of putting the property’s phone number there if the customer is going to be redirected somewhere else? 😂 I contacted 訂房網站 as well. They tried contacting the property, but according to 訂房網站, there was no response from the property. Funny enough, when I called the property directly myself, suddenly someone answered. 😂 Maybe different number, different person, different universe — I honestly don’t know. Anyway, past is past. No hard feelings. Haha. But here’s the thing: cheap doesn’t always mean good value. The price can be affordable, but the way you handle your customers is what people will remember. The property itself? 👍 The room? 👍 Cleanliness and maintenance? 👍 Check-in experience? Please send help. 😂 Customer service? Could definitely use some serious improvement. Beautiful property, but unfortunately, the experience reminded me that good accommodation is not just about the room — it’s also about how you treat the people staying in it.

訂的兩居室，房間蠻大的，兩個人住非常寬敞，位於住宅區很安靜，樓下都是餐廳，晚上還有排擋，吃飯人很多。不足比較明顯：其中一間臥室的空調基本不製冷；房間裡沒有洗漱用品也沒有拖鞋，需要全部自備；退房晚了一小時，被要求補交 25 馬幣。總體性價比不錯，整體適合自由行、預算有限、能接受自助式入住的住客。
