這是我第二次再次訂購的,因為第一次訂購的經驗是非常愉快,房間很整潔,還有房間跟照片上是一模一樣的,但這次非常失望,按照上一張訂單重複訂購,但是提供給我的房子完全沒有在房間照片內容裡,完全是一間他們不依照圖片上的房間給我,我們有投訴,但他們只說已經提供兩房的單位,房間用品很殘舊,雖然員工已經很努力幫助購買新的用品給我們,但是還是令我覺得很失望,因為房間與我訂取房間的照片是完全不一樣的,下次我再來新山,不敢再選擇住在這裡 This is my second time ordering again, because the first ordering experience was very pleasant, the room was very clean, and the room was exactly the same as the photo, but this time I was very disappointed. I ordered again according to the previous order, but the house provided to me was not in the room photo content at all. They did not give me a room according to the photo. We complained, but they only said that they had provided a two-bedroom unit. The room supplies were very old. Although the staff tried very hard to help buy new supplies for us, I was still very disappointed because the room was completely different from the photo of the room I ordered. Next time I come to Johor Bahru, I dare not choose to stay here again

1.公寓沒有前台，所以要在某個位置拿鑰匙開公寓門，重點來了！這個超市並不在公寓樓下，而是隔了一條馬路過去！ 2.公寓不需要登記，拿了鑰匙就可以了，超級不安全！ 3.環境很差！具體是，桌面有很多小蟲子，擦了兩次都很多！被褥很髒一股味道！等到後半夜廁所燈的位置和排風口的位置開始漏水！ 4.漏水的時候聯繫公寓負責人是沒有用的，因為他們早上九點上班，下午十點下班，有任何問題在下班時間都是無法解決的！ 聯繫旅遊不選公寓！！不安全⚠️環境衞生差！

I enjoyed my stay here. The bedroom are clean, the wifi strength is good, the location had many restaurant & shops around, the pool is amazing, and the online receptionist is very sweet and genuine. However, the sofa is very dirty with body fluid stain marks, which is quite gross. The apartment also does not provide adequate toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, or additional towels / toilet rolls, which is quite problematic if you are booking for a longer stay, as you will have to purchase all the missing toiletries and bathroom accessories yourself. The check-in / checkout location is also quite distanced from the apartment, and the checkout timing is quite harsh at 11am, which makes the booking non-ideal for short term stays.
