投訴民宿無理扣除300馬幣按金 您好，我在訂房網站預訂的馬來西亞新山民宿（預訂人：*** ***），退房時房東以“室內吸煙”為由扣除300馬幣按金，但事實是： 1. 我們衹在陽台吸煙，未在室內吸煙； 2. 入住時未告知任何禁煙規定； 3. 房東拒絕溝通，直接扣款且無證據。 訴求： 1. 要求協調退還300馬幣； 2. 核查該民宿是否違規操作。 請平台儘快聯繫並處理，否則將向中國文旅部12301及馬來西亞旅遊部門投訴。 聯繫方式：***********
