We had a total of 9 pax (4 adults, 5kids) and we took the 4 bedroom apartment. 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms. We got the one on 45th floor. If ur afraid of heights like i am, the room we got is facing the causeway. So it wasnt that bad. The apartment is clean and feels very homey. The only downside as usual is the internet connection bcos its very near sg so ur internet will be back and forth with sg connection. TV has youtube and netflix. But no local channels. Below has mamak shop, minimart and laundry. We had a wonderful stay the kids didnt want to go home.

dapat view kamar yang so beautiful, lokasi strategis, mart dekat. dekat dengan R&f mall, dekat eskalator viral tinggal jalan kaki, kamar bersih dan dapat harga low price di 訂房網站.com ( 3 hari 2 malam ) dapat Rp. 1.300.000 san. kalau diringgitkan sekitar RM 360, service oke saran : kasur bantal sama alas tilam dapat maaf agak berbau, so kedepan semoga lebih baik lagi yang lain okee sangat dengan harga segitu🙏🏻🙏🏻

Very clean, comfortable and spacious studio apartment next to R&F Mall. Within 10 minutes walk from JB CIQ. As my arrival was after 5pm, they gave instructions to get the keys at the lobby mailbox for self check-in. Thereafter, show to Security to enter lobby. Stay includes use of gym, swimming pool, sauna, billiards and table tennis rooms. However, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance for 3 solid hours (9am to 12 noon) in the morning which was a great disappointment as I planned to relax in the pool prior to check-out. The agent, ANJU should have informed prior to checking in.

Cleanliness: 1) toilet bowl was stained yellow, seems like haven't been scrubbed for a while 2) rugs around the property was not clean, would be good if they provided disposable slippers All good other than these issues Experienced a blackout during our stay but was quickly responded to and fixed within an hour View is really good, Will stay again

民宿就在富力公主灣，樓上可以看見woolsland關口。周圍有富力廣場，打車去陳旭年也還算方便。要吐槽的就是衞生和客服。訂的四居室，最小的雙層床客房有蛾子的*和時不時飛來飛去的小蛾子，看著巨噁心。服務的半顆心，是因為客服聯不聯繫得上看概率。

房子算乾淨可是在陽台發現了一個發黴的麵包應該是沒打掃陽台客廳沙發小枕頭有異味應該是沒換我們第一晚到的時候發現樓上住客一直製造噪音長者家被吵得根本睡不著和管理員反應了這件事他們説會通知security 可是也沒update我們我們在whatsapp群組裡再問才跟我們説security已經去看了根本沒發現什麼可是噪音並沒有停止我們一度在群裡面反應噪音還是存在反應了看能不能換房子長者家實在睡不著 Anju管理員選擇已讀不回打電話也不接什麼交代也沒有我們衹好自己下樓找security瞭解對ANJU管理態度十分失望對客人的需求選擇逃避並無採取任何further行動到了隔天checkout時回覆資訊卻非常積極非常失望

It was great stay. Fast check in. Just follow the instructions. Allocated parking for you if u bring your car. Clean room. Walk across is the R&F mall at level 8 for those just need a quick food. Will come bck again for the next stay

環境是不錯的，周邊吃選擇還可以，就是check in希望可以改善，衹能3點才check in, 2.45到差不多3.20才能拿到鑰匙，也沒有直接給停車位資料，找個停車要20分鐘。

Third stay with anju, tried out their studio apartment for the first time. Its situated at the lower levels (below pool lvl) so tend to have quite alot of mosquitoes at night. But other than that the beds was comfortable, smart TV, microwave, fridge and dishes provided. Highly recommended, do bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste though!
