Got a good deal for this fairly new hotel. Check in was smooth. Room was clean. I was already aware Medini doesn't have much to offer so I just stayed in and enjoy the amenities and the bed. Breakfast was ok. Can be improved by offering unique dishes.

New and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable room but air conditioning in the room was hard to control, temperature does not follow the settings.

The bath towel had dust and hair in it. The shower floor trap clogged. Despite twice calling maintenance, still cannot be resolved. Reception was rather unfriendly, replying I have to be patience as the water takes time to discharge. Maintenance was giving me technical excuses as the shower discharge was built in a way that water may not discharge properly. Then, the next day discovered the shower gel was empty. Never stayed in such a bad hotel. Never will stay here.

The staffs were friendly and approachable. Basic amenities were provided. However, there were some drain flies in the first room we got and the drainage was not working well. After informing the staff, they changed our room and it was ok for the second room. Overall, it’s good for the price paid.
