Check in at 3pm but owner didn’t message or send me any instruction on how to enter the property. Phone number in Trip is uncontactable and Had to call Trip CS and another number was given. Got instruction at 1pm. We arrived at 6pm and was ahocked the place was very messy! It wasn’t clean at all! Contacted the owner again and he got someone to come up within 10 mins. Fan is not working. Sofa no more cushions so it was very hard. Bed was ok. Good thing abt this place is there’s a water cooler dispenser. Take note there’s only 1 room. Suitable for 4 adults. Won’t come back.

Pls be aware there is only 1 toilet. Not the usual apartment with 2 toilets. There are many eateries and massage places just outside the condo premises BUT, If you are driving, it's okay. But if u are walking, u have to go down the slope and go back up. The lift for tower C only serves till the 3rd floor. There is no lift to level 1. Facilities all needed to be booked in advance, forget abiut it if u are only staying for few days. I only managed to go to the pool. I'm not too sure about cleanliness.probably because i do last min booking but waited and gave time. But the cleaner was late. So the cleaning was only basic as we had already taken the key and checked in while they cleaned. The visitor pass for parking is a hassle. Every time we drive out, we have to return the pass, and when we drive back in, the security will ask the same thing and check the driving licence. So u imagine if u drive in and out 10 times. There is only 1 access pass to the apartment. So it's a hassle if we need to split ways and come back at different timing. The earlier person will need to fetch the other to go up. Overall, not too bad. If u don't mind the bits n pieces.

Location is superb, near to KSL shopping mall. Many good foods and convenient stall in the surrounding. However the cleanliness can be improved. Overall apart of the cleanliness it was a pleasant stay.

The location of this place is fantastic. I usually stay at KSL but on this very fine day, the hotel was fully booked. I needed a place to crash as we wait for the jam on the causeway to subside. There are many eateries, massages and car washes directly opposite the condo. Trust me. It’s great!

Great stay at Setia Sky 88 hosted by Greyson – his prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy bed for a comfortable retreat throughout our stay. High floor unit with great city views. The location was perfect, offering easy access to plenty dining options. We highly recommend Greyson's place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!
