Hygiene very very bad, never cleaned the whole room and bedsheet never changed. Bad smell on the pillows, fridge, microwave and water dispenser all super dirty full of dirt and stains. Stay in the room awhile whole body full of rashes. First time experiencing this kind of thing, super bad experience. Bad attitude and service super super bad, cheating money.

1) There were few luggages placed at the main entrance blocking access. 2) AC remote not working despite "support" provided by host. Did not have a good sleep whole night was too hot. 3) When i almost fell asleep at around 11pm, there was a crazy person opening and slamming the adjacent room door, attempting to open my room door as well. Was shocked awake after that. 4) TV was not working too, no live channels. Very bad experience.

Location is great, cleanliness acceptable. What is not acceptable is the management. Prepare that 1. You only get check in notif on the day itself at 3pm (check in time) 2. Your wheel clamped for overnight parking cos they dont tell you exactly where to park (Level 4) in this case, the security will ask for a fine (do not pay) 3. There is 200RM deposit and your deposit get charged $20 for payment method they are using. This is our experience.

Overall the stay is good. Only disappointment is the air conditioning is not working well, need to on the fan and aircond in order to get the cooling feel at nite. Fan speed cannot be control manually (no remote for fan). Aircond set to 24°C, is still too warm. Besides the above, overall are good. Easy check in and owner response fast for assistance in checking in.

👍 The Good - Responsive property management staff via WhatsApp - Convenient location with many amenities within walking distance - Security deposit was refunded quickly (within 48 hours) 👎 The Bad - Relatively high security deposit (RM200) - Self check-in instructions were only provided about 15 minutes before check-in time - Check-in instructions were unclear and required some guessing - Housekeeping standards were poor: 1. Hair found on the floor, bed, shampoo bottle, sink, toilet seat, and especially around the toilet drain cover 2. Even after repeated housekeeping requests, some areas were still not properly cleaned - Insufficient bathroom fixtures: 1. Not enough hooks 2. Towel hanger was loose and nearly falling off - No shower curtain, causing the entire bathroom floor to get wet after showering - Sink condition was poor (rusty) - Air conditioning issues: 1. No remote control initially 2. Replacement remote provided did not work - Pillows were flat and uncomfortable Definitely will not stay there anymore. Give me high blood pressure only.
