The hotel's location was ideal as it is only less than 15 minutes away from the Customs and is conveniently located directly opposite Beletime Mall, making ordering and getting food convenient. The price of the hotel is reasonable as it includes breakfast. The room was spacious and well-equipped, the bathroom was clean and huge, the mirrors had lights and the toilet bowl had an automated washing and drying function. The downside of the room was the WIFI as you will have to constantly log in after a very short period of inactivity, the connection wasn't the strongest although the room had a Samsung smart TV. However, the price, location and room size are reasons for me to stay at Avenue M again. Would recommend.

I love the hotel very clean, the staff are all nice . Simple breakfast. . Night is very noisy because of the highway. I took a grab to the Beletime mall even just opposite as I'm too lazy to walk for an overhead bridge just a walking distance. But the mall is nothing much so just go for lunch. I will come back as I like the room very specious and affordable.

Super satisfied with the hotel. Breakfast not many options but gosh the currypuffs were so good.. Big pool and slide.. Kids will love it here

Checked in with family of young children. Firstly, they gave me a twin bed and secondly, they don’t provide baby cot. They should have given me a king size bed knowing I came with a small child. How am i supposed to let my child sleep on a high twin bed? The bed is high seriously. She will definitely fall. That is all that can be improved. Baby cot SHOULD be an essential in all hotels.

Always been our preferred hotel whenever we’re back in JB. Comfy, convenient & value for money. Options for families with kids as they have 2 & 3 bedroom units too. Friendly reception too. Keep it up!

Thank you for the good service during our stay. We appreciate your attentiveness and helpfulness throughout our visit. However, we would like to suggest having more food options available for the buffet. This would enhance the dining experience for guests and provide more variety for different dietary preferences.
