挺新，樓下有一家韓式餐廳。衞生條件差，椅子把手壞了，浴室漏水修補後不好，床墊太軟。原本就近開會地點，辦入住無人接待，衹有兩名非當地保安，停車場在五樓。下午4.30辦入住，晚上9.40退房，沒有過夜，實在不行。下不為例。

The room is absolutely below average. The check-in instructions were a bit confusing at first—the AI robot provided two different numbers, which was misleading, though not a major issue. However, the room itself is poorly maintained. The bed quilt is very rough, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. If you are a light sleeper, I strongly recommend bringing earplugs because there are a lot of racing motorbikes at night. The soundproofing is poor—even with the glass door fully closed, the noise disrupted my sleep, and I couldn’t rest well. Additionally, the glass door is cracked, so be sure to close it gently. The only decent aspect of the stay was the amenities, which were still acceptable. However, the room had a strong musty smell possibly due to an unserviced air conditioner. The toilet also felt unclean and unpleasant.The greatest thing is view is good and can chat with my friend at the balcony Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Guideline from the owner is very straightforward, clearly indicates on every step. Room was okay, bed and pillow were okay as well. Just some minor improvement is required to make the room more comfortable, communicated with the owner and is greatly accepted. Anyway it was a pleasant experience.

I recently stayed at this homestay and had a great experience. The place was clean, the AC worked perfectly, and it was very comfortable for couples. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Plus, it felt very safe throughout my stay. Highly recommended! Convenient location for vacation, lego land is near, mall is near.

시설 등 다른건 몰라도 통신및 미디어 에대하여 정말로 이해 못하는 것은 사전에 모든걸 확인 하지않고 소비자들의 잘못으로 넘기고 있다. 문제가 발생해서 시정요청 을 하였으나 이런저런 핑계 대고 하루지나 거의 이틀만에 문제 해결 해주었다. 정말이지 최악의 숙소 라고 생각하고 다른 누구에게나 추천하는 일은 없을 것이다. 최악의 숙소이다. 완전 비추
