Easy instructions to get access. But a little inconvenient to shift the car if you are driving as the carpark needs card access too. Building is 30floor high. Unit is in the middle. Near lift. Rooms are big and clean. Only downside is that the toilet is not equipped (no bath foam or shampoo, lack of hooks near the shower area for towel and clothes). Towels are provided. Shower area has no door so the toilet floor gets wet. Would be better if the hooks are near the shower area instead of at the extreme end of the big toilet. Toilet area cleanliness can be better - saw a few hair at the corners. Bed is comfortable. Enough pillows provided, not too soft. Very convenient to access paradigm mall. Lots of food options, shopping and activities for the whole family. Would recommend staying here!

Great location, just above the Paradigm Mall. Easy access to Mall UG and L4. The residence is quite new and very clean. Nice swimming pool and gym. Piecewise, reasonable.

My experience is great with my family for 4 days 3 night. Very convenient and easy access to everything and near to the mall too. Really would love to recommend my family and friends too. Love the place. Nice and clean. Love it so much! A most memorabl experience for me and my family. ♥️ Fast and easy check-in and check-out.

The cleanliness could have been better. The place feels dusty. Aircon looks pretty new. Spacious enough for families. Very Convenient for mall shopping. Take note the checkout process for drivers is tricky. Cos the moment u drive out of the carpark , u ended up in the main road and can’t get back to the lobby for key return. Therefore I suggest drivers to drive into mall carpark first for key returning.

Location was very convenient, fully furnished apartments comes with 3 rooms. All comes with queen size bed. The apartment is not very clean but still liveable. Only down side is the smell of the apartment when we checked in. Due to the lack of ventilation, the room smells super back. Especially the master toilet and room. Strong toilet moldy smell. Advisable to bring your own disinfectant spray and air the apartment immediately after you check in.

Fantastic apartment situated right above Paradigm Mall in Skudai. Had the option to go with another apartment service, but we chose to go with Antlerzone as the decor and cleanliness in the pictures drew us to it. We made the right choice. The apartment was beautiful and spotless. We enjoyed the beds and the pillows so much that I am ordering 8 of them for my new home (they deliver to Singapore). Apartment connects directly to the mall from lifts 1 and 2 at levels 4, 3, 2, UG and B from 10am to 10pm. All other times, be prepared to enter from Upper Ground (UG) level next to Chucky Cat Cafe which will bring you lots of joy. Will be back! Thank you for responsive service and friendly reminders to check out by 11am. They will ask for a 10/10 review at the end of your stay but we were already intending to give it to them.

I booked two rooms for our stay, but unfortunately, they were assigned on different floors. This was inconvenient, as the keycard only allows access to the designated floor. Check-in was quick and handled via WhatsApp after paying the deposit by credit card. However, the refund process took a few days, and I incurred a small exchange loss. The rooms were reasonably clean, but the apartments are quite dated. The bathrooms showed signs of rust and mould, and the bedsheets had a stale odor—one even had a visible bloodstain. Only a single bottle of 3-in-1 shampoo and body wash was provided as toiletries. The biggest plus is the location, which is conveniently connected to the mall. However, check out at 11 a.m. required us to move our car from the residence to the mall car park, which was an added hassle. Overall, the experience was below average and fell short of expectations

Room was average with basic amenities like towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste. Location is convenient as it sits above paradigm mall. Service from antlerzone not so good. Had difficulty getting back deposit. Was informed deposit refunded on the day itself but I did not received until 3 weeks later when I text to ask about it. Deposit was then refunded to me 3 weeks later and caused me quite a big loss in exchange rate.
