頂峰住宅YML家庭旅館是新山新開的飯店之一，於2023-02-28正式運營。飯店地理位置優越，駕車至Kempas Baru僅需2km 。遊客如果想去附近的旅遊景點遊玩，Sultan Iskandar Mosque距離飯店大約4km車程。
所有極具特色的客房都配備有熨衣設備、空調和液晶電視機，讓您感受到更加貼心細緻的入住體驗。有飲水需求的旅客，飯店還為您提供了電熱水壺。除此之外，配備有吹風機的浴室是您消除一天疲勞的好地方。

因為航班要十點多到，去到酒店聯繫也不知怎麼辦入住，叫服務員出來大門口接也不出！害我們臨時去找別的酒店！ 關鍵是沒入住還不退款，最糟糕的一次訂房經歷！

check in 3pm, they tell us 3.30pm go because previous customer check out late, they need time to clean, will whatsapp us when done. never mind we wait. almost 4pm then whatsapp us can go up the house. went in see the toilet bowl and was greeted with dirty carpet with biscuit crumbs, and POOP 💩 in the toilet bowl. huh i thought you all clean already???? ask us go up late give you time to clean you give me these type of ********?!?!? tell us toilet spoil cannot flush, then we stay in a house with **** from your last customer for a night meh?!?! we don’t need **** and pee isit???? tell us 5pm will fix, ended up fixing the issue at 9.30pm. hello my 23 months baby don’t need sleep ah? keep chasing and chasing them! from 5pm tell us 7pm, then tell us 8.30pm then tell us 9pm, end up come at 9.30pm to fix walao eh. check in and out very mafan, is different location, if you don’t drive, good luck lor. ohya, the reason they give for all the delay in fixing the flush is the person is on the way stuck in traffic, hello stuck in traffic since 5pm for 4 hours+? your professional plumber come from where? KL isit? PUI better close down these type of business

one of the WORST homestay i have ever been in. the fridge is not even that cold, the heater isn't working properly, the lights in the toilet of the master bedroom is flickery. there are stains everywhere in the sofa. they did NOT replace any soap for washing dishes & the location is so far off. they don't have any nearby amenities & you have to collect your room key at another place - and not at the homestay itself. the fine print says to call in advance to arrange check in but we did not expect that the location between the key pickup & the homestay is quite far. the bed also hurts as we can feel the springs. the common toilet's mirror is barely seeable, it's all just dirt. this is just disgusting.
