Check in instruction after dpt key agak susah sbb dari parking nk ke lift jenuh berjalan cari pintu masok lift . Lpstu dh smpai ke bilik nk buka pintu pula payah sbb kena guna kunci instead of card sbb tombol is auto lock door. Mungkin kena improve and letak step by step guide smpai masok bilik dlm pdf sbb kitaorg first time xtau. Pool ok la luas. Bilik cadar mcm miang2 sikit. Toilet agak kotor skit . Tapi padanla hrga pun murah xleh kata apa

Collecting keys are in a seperate location (unwalkable from the homestay itself) The homestay unit itself is the basic of basics. The living room rug is so dirty and had holes in them. Clock did not even have any batteries in them. The bed itself sagged so much in the middle, and was covered by old worn bedsheets Room had a stale musk to it, had to air the room for quite awhile. The heater is not reliable at all, it occasionally turns on, after much trying. Air conditioner was weak as well, took an hour for the colling effect to kick in. Not recommended at all.

one of the WORST homestay i have ever been in. the fridge is not even that cold, the heater isn't working properly, the lights in the toilet of the master bedroom is flickery. there are stains everywhere in the sofa. they did NOT replace any soap for washing dishes & the location is so far off. they don't have any nearby amenities & you have to collect your room key at another place - and not at the homestay itself. the fine print says to call in advance to arrange check in but we did not expect that the location between the key pickup & the homestay is quite far. the bed also hurts as we can feel the springs. the common toilet's mirror is barely seeable, it's all just dirt. this is just disgusting.

因為航班要十點多到，去到酒店聯繫也不知怎麼辦入住，叫服務員出來大門口接也不出！害我們臨時去找別的酒店！ 關鍵是沒入住還不退款，最糟糕的一次訂房經歷！
