Terri ke condition of hotel no proper got water shower was broken manager brought water in bucket. Bedsheet was smelling. Room was not clean overall very bad service

1)service staff are using dirty cloth. 2) there is only one chair available in room minimum two chair required. 3) table is very dirty and small. 4) entrance area not maintained well including furniture.

It is not a 3 star hotel. The room surface was not clean. The telephone was not working for the room service. Bed was making noise. Food quality was poor.

No communication to reception, absence of handwash, waiter offer detergent, no almirah, tv connection worn out, wifi connection has no internet. Pathetic experience.

Worst hotel in my entire life it’s not more than 1 star hotel bed sheets are dirty with spots, bad smell, cockroach are there in the room, they shifted room also but same issues with another room, food was ok ok not to much good as compare to rates
