Great~

A good guest house set in a historic haveli. The rooms are spacious with basic amenities, and the bathrooms are clean with functional showers. It’s a solid option in Jodhpur for those seeking a “premium” haveli experience. The staff was also friendly.

What a wonderful hotel in terms of service location and sheer beauty

Amritara was in a very central location, walking distance from jodhpur markets and the clock tower. The hotel reception team helped us with our excursions and bookings, arranging these at a very convenient price (cheaper than online apps). The service was great, everyone was very friendly and willing to assist. They even booked a cab inter-city for us last minute when our flight was cancelled. Great facilities, with steaming hot water running for a long shower, good links to local guides and convenient location. Would recommend.

The description of this property provided was nothing short of an old city charming haveli. But. 1. Location - it is located in old city where cabs cannot reach. Auto rides on the old city narrow lanes are extremely bumpy and uncomfortable. Description says that hotel provides a shuttle from hotel building to parking. This is absolutely false - providing an auto to take you to main road which is 1 km away is not same as shuttle to parking area. This one statement created an illusion that the hotel has palatial grounds where in reality there are no grounds at all. View from room is horribly dirty with clothes hanging in opposite houses, cows roaming the streets and cow dung lying around, nearby sewer overflowing on the road, etc. 2. Room - we had booked maharaja room with private terrace access. This room was not provided to us. In fact they are using this room as staff quarters. The other maharaja room provided to us did not have direct access to terrace. Room prices are exorbitant and definitely not worth the value for money. 3. Service - property needs a well trained professional manager. Staff is friendly and helpful but doesn't seem trained or experienced in hotel or services industry. 4. Rooftop restaurant - description says there is live music. We were expecting cultural or folk music being played by jodhpur artists (live performance. Instead there is a speaker which is connected to the staff's mobile phone and they play you tube songs on same. The furniture on the rooftop restaurant is absolutely worst. All tables and chairs are of iron and have lost their alignment. Some tables were taped with pieces of paper in a bid to align them without success. Food takes very long to arrive after order is placed. Staff does not write down the order and they don't bring half the staff. I'm still waiting for the lemonade i had ordered on first night. Swimming pool is not maintained and is empty. Basic lighting (diwali rice lights) are provided in the rooftop terrace. Overall experience is of an ill maintained property being handled by inexperienced staff. Worst experience and sincere request to not book the property even for your worst enemy! personally speaking

I booked this property for approximately 10000 but to my surprise when this place was just 500 metres away i realised that one cannot reach there coz of very narrow roads also only autos can reach there. But all auto drivers refused to go there exclaiming that all roads are closed which leads us to the property. At last i called the hotel and then they said that i can come by auto ( which everyone refused ) and they said that we did not have ur no to inform me that i can only reach by auto on the contrary i booked this property through mm t. Guys pols don’t fall into this trap

Stayed here in the hot month of June, but did not find even an ounce of trouble. Narinder ji is very helpful, he helped us with our travel from airport to the haveli. The staff is very friendly and professional, especially Jatinder ji. He was there at every beck and call for any help whatsoever. The food was soo yummy! Loved the simple aloo jeera and dal so much! The hospitality is worth every penny , the rooftop is beautiful and spacious, even the interiors of every room are purely vintage-y! We stayed in the Maharani room and the interior was class apart! Highly recommend for anyone who loves quality stay, food and location!

Such a wonderful experience i had at manak haveli not enough words to describe their hospitality and their services. Owner was also of very sweet and kind nature. Food was also awesome and their rooms give us some old kind of luxurious experience. Thankyou for your services
