the room 502 did not have a phone ,a water kettle , refrigerator,towels or tv.These are basic which were missing. however,the dinner and the cultural evening were good

Booked a room of approx 3000. But no pool facility included in this. Even no room service available. No any phone available in room for room service. For a food order you meed to restaurant than gove prder for room. No good behaviour

The stay at this resort was very comfortable. All the staff members are very supportive and treats their customers really well. The resort is very spacious and very comfortable specially in winters.

stay was ok. the property is beautiful! staff was well behaved only issue we faced was cleanliness. we found drooling of mice in room on chairs 🪑. food was good. and another issue they don't serve non veg food in property. only in tent⛺
