We stayed at this 4-star hotel for a ski holiday and were disappointed with several aspects. The in-room WiFi was extremely weak—barely usable—and mobile signal was also poor, making it nearly impossible to access the internet. When we raised this with the front desk, the response was unhelpful; the only offered solution was rebooting the router, which made no difference. More importantly, my wife had an urgent online meeting, and despite the hotel’s WiFi issues being the cause, we were told we had to pay extra to use an available meeting room—this felt unprofessional and unsupportive. The room itself was outdated, and we even found stains on a pillow. Breakfast was very basic, comparable to motels at a fraction of the price. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent, with stunning lake views from the balcony. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen, utensils, washer and dryer, which is helpful for ski travelers. Overall, while the location and amenities were appreciated, the poor service and maintenance significantly impacted our stay.

Near the town so convenient. Took a bus up to threabo for skiing and snowboarding Highly recommend this place

Lovely location next tot the lake with very friendly staff. But the hotel rooms are very tired and the bar/eating area sadly looks out towards the road not the lake.
