I recently stayed at ibis in Jerusalem and had an exceptional experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the hotel's exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and made me feel like a valued guest. Great location. A 10 minute walk to the market and 10 minutes to the old city. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful front desk.

The location was perfect, so easy to walk to the old city and the metro was at the bottom of the road. It’s also the perfect location for restaurants. The room was quite small but adequate. The bar area was not open during the stay. Was able to drop bags off before check in which was really useful.
