汽車旅館 沒有什設施可言，老闆人很熱心，我們問車站怎麼走，他竟然帶我們走過去，太感謝了

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's just next to the inter-city bus terminal. Very convenient. The room is clean. Facilities are basic but should be enough. The service is good. Even though we arrived before the check-in time, at around 11am, the hotel let us check in a room.

가성비와 위치 최고입니다 시설은 약간 낡았지만 가격대비 괜찬습니다 친절하시고 서비스 준비된비품들(세면도구 -치약치솔 면도기 샴푸 린스 바디로션 일회용커피 충분한 타월 생수등등) 모두 최고입니다 밤에 약간 시끄러웠던점들은 숙박시설 W보다는 투숙객들의 잘못된 애티튜드라 생각되어 괜찮다고 봅니다 주차시설 충분한넓이라 불편함없이 잘 사용했습니다. 프론트데스크의 고객응대 수준또한 매우 감사할정도였습니다. 바닥난방이 잘되어서 늦은시간 바닥에 앉아서 대화를 나누거나 간식과 음료등을 나누는데 매우 좋았습니다. 무료인터넷제공과 티비 넷플릭스 사용등 미디어 사용에 매우 편리하고 좋았습니다. 모텔W 근처에 위치한 맥시칸치킨 또한 서비스와 품질이 매우좋아서 추가로 올려드립니다.

Terrible experience. It's a motel not hotel. I booked a room with picture of a large room with two separate beds, the confirmation on 訂房網站.com showed the same nice picture. But I was given a small room with only one bed which is small for two grown men. The reception who can't speak english showed a translated text that they uploaded the wrong picture, and they won't do anything to help because the hotel is full for the next two nights. I asked 訂房網站 help centre but they also said they couldn't help except to compensate around 30% of my hotel bill. We stayed fur two nights but room was too small and tiny cabinet, cleaners could not clean properly. Our window faces the parking of bus terminal, could hear shouting late at night and saw homeless people. The room has a huge picture with sleazy wordings.

단풍철에 내장사 가까운곳은 너무 비싸서 정읍역 근처로 정한 모텔인데 가성비 좋습니다. 일단 내장사 백양사 모두 차로 30분 이내이고 정촌식당 근처이고 쌍화차거리도 도보 5분. 모텔은 매우 오래된 건물인데 청소는 열심히 하셔서 깨끗했습니다. 조식없고 기억나는 서비스는 없으나 좋은 가격에 1박 잘하고 단풍 만끽하고 맛난 음식 쌍화차까지 완벽했습니다^^

주차장 있음. 계단에서 흡연이 가능하여 건물에서 담배 냄새 남. 건물은 오래되었지만 깨끗한 편. 터미널과 매우 가까움.

친절하게 안내해주셔서 좋았고, 좀 좁지만 조용해서 잘 지내다 왔어요, 시외버스 터미널이 바로 옆이라 다음 행선지 이동이 편리했어요.
