Negatives: •The bidet at the lower floor is spraying everywhere when used. •Unable to adjust the Aircon in my room. •Cant really use the TV(no local channels), android box was not really useful as well. Positives: •Clear admin instructions prior to check in and out. •Responses from customer service via whatsapp and tried to resolve my aircon issues promptly. •Nice location with plenty of F&B options around.

Not bad for a condo based bnb. Check in and check out is all self service. Rooms are big and clean. Swimming pools need to improve as we saw guests just went in fully clothed. Otherwise is is a good stay

房間很大很，是複式的，上下樓層各有一個衞生間，很方便。客廳有超大的落地玻璃窗，能看見大海，早上還能看見日出。 地理位置很好，離機場離喬治鎮都很近，打車就十來分鐘。走路10分鐘不到的距離有至少三個美食廣場，其中包括漁人碼頭。 入住前一天需要提前跟那邊的工作人員聯繫，入住當天才能獲得密碼。 設施：基本需求都能滿足。 衞生：還不錯。 環境：環境優美，打開窗簾就能看見大海。 服務：遇到一點小問題，聯繫工作人員很快得到解決。

這家店我住了3晚，因為人多，我們有四個人，請店家每天提供一人一瓶礦泉水，店家竟然説每天衹提供兩瓶，我的房費是每晚700多人民幣，多提供兩瓶水，需要增加店家多少錢？ 另外這家店，設施缺乏維護，樓上的房間，洗臉盆沒有過濾網，我家人的假牙差點沖掉了。 另外樓下的大床太軟，睡下去，感覺整個人塌下去了。 總之，這家店，不推薦後面的遊客居住。

Consider gd overall, besides after heavy rain n found a big pile of water near e sea view glass window. Staff are very nice as once I contacted them they came up to get it done. Will be better if they can start to do better maintenance, as seems like a bit old😅😅
