濟州島樂閣旅館 (Jeju la Cour Pension)

房間整體很大，明亮乾淨，視野很不錯，適合情侶或者個人家庭出行。 房間可以做飯，廚具齊全。 老闆也很熱心，讓我感受到了異國他鄉的溫暖，真的很不錯的一次旅行。

房東人很親切 浴室有兩間，同時使用水壓也不會影響太多 室外還有一個泡澡池 外面有停車格可以停車 整體非常棒👍

리뷰 보고 예약했는데, 말 그대로 사장님께서 참 친절하세요.. 구경 다니다 숙소 언제 갈지 몰라 도착해서 베이비 풀 사용 여부 여쭤 보려 했는데 오후 5시 좀 넘어서 도착했더니 반갑게 맞이해 주셨어요. 연락처가 이상하게 되어 있어 연락을 못하셨다고 하시면서 베이비 풀 사용 할 거냐고 먼저 물어 봐주시고, 겨울이라 늦은 시간인데도 사용 할 수 있냐고 여쭤보니 청소하고 해주시겠다고 하셨어요.(2시간 반정도 소요) 마침 사용할 방에 풀 타일이 훼손 되어 수리 해야 된다며, 옆 방으로 옮겨서 사용하게 해주셨어요. 우리가 간 날은 평일이고 비성수기라 마침 방이 비어있어서 가능했어요. (애들이 추운데도 물 속은 따뜻하니 엄청 좋아 했어요.. 한 시간 정도 놀았는데 재밌어 했어요.) 방 옮기느라 쌀쌀하다며 온풍기도 주시고, 모닝 커피도 주시고, 아침 제공 안되는 걸로 알고 있어서 나가서 먹으려는데, 마지막 날엔 신경 써서 챙겨주셔서 너~~무 감사했어요.. 남편 일 때문에 여행을 잘 못 가서 정말 오랜만에 갔다 왔는데, 정말 잘 쉬고 좋은 추억 쌓고 와서 좋으네요^^

老闆娘非常熱心！

We had a very disappointing experience with this property. Upon arrival, the host informed us that the air conditioning in the room we had originally booked was faulty and that we would therefore be moved to a different room. This issue was never communicated to us prior to our arrival, leaving us with no opportunity to consider alternative arrangements. The replacement room was not the room we had booked and paid for. The room layout, furnishings, and overall appearance differed significantly from the photos and description on the listing. In addition, the bed configuration and bed sizes were different from what was advertised and what we had specifically selected when making the reservation. What was even more frustrating was that when we raised this matter with 訂房網站, the host denied that any room change had taken place, despite having personally informed us at check-in that our original room’s air conditioning was faulty. This contradiction made it difficult to resolve the issue and left us feeling misled. The room provided also had a strong musty smell, making it uncomfortable for us to stay. As a result, we were left with no suitable accommodation for the night and had to make last-minute arrangements elsewhere. We ended up driving approximately 30 minutes back to the city to secure another room, causing significant inconvenience, additional expenses, and unnecessary stress during our 訂房網站. We understand that unexpected maintenance issues can occur. However, guests should be informed in advance when possible, and hosts should be transparent and honest when concerns are raised. Unfortunately, neither was the case during our stay. Overall, the room provided did not match the booking description or photographs, and the handling of our complaint was disappointing. We were left with a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend this property to future guests.

사장님도 너무 친절하시고 방도 넓고 깨끗해요 화장실이 너무 맘에들어요~ 카페도 같이하시는데 커피너무맛있어요 다음에 또 오고싶은곳~
