濟州機場欣欣酒店 (Shin Shin Hotel Jeju Airport)

已經是第二次去濟州島了還是住的這個酒店，酒店確實很划算，因為我帶了個未成年的孩子郵件問了酒店工作人員是否需要家長同意書，前台在凌晨3點回復我了也是非常感謝。酒店設施確實比較舊，但是地理位置不錯就在保健路邊上還挺方便的，離oy很近。這裡需要特別説下，我和朋友第一次去濟州島的時候遇到了**，用中文喊我們還追我們嚇死了，幸好這個酒店是24小時前台，也算是幫助了我們，來濟州島的小姐妹們晚上也不要太晚出門。另外，這個酒店大廳裡面的香氛好好聞，一直沒好意思問到底是啥牌子的，後悔!

位置很方便，離樂天免稅店不遠，附近也有超商和餐廳，但房間的地板鋪設地毯，可能地毯清潔不易，所以上面都有不少汙垢，房間有Usb孔可以充電，不用自備轉街頭～

好奇怪，我前一個五星好評怎麼不見了，最後一天停水了 很久才來，別的都還可以，高層比中樓層要乾淨，員工尤其是晚上的員工都很努力地提供幫助

3人房空間很大，還有浴缸，地點裡機場近，還有停車場，飯店附近也很熱鬧，唯一缺點是最後一天早上遇到水管維修，大停水沒水用

衞生和設施還不如國內的100多的速8，設施老舊就算了，有個東西丟了想在房間裡找找，發現角落和死角處都是灰塵，不想找了。打掃不認真這是態度問題不是硬件問題。除了位置好就沒啥優點，位置確實是不錯，出門就是保健路，離機場2km，可步行去機場。因為朋友一起出行跟著朋友定了這家，但應該沒有下次。

不能提前入住需要等到三點才能拿房卡，行李可以放在大堂寄存。wifi速度不夠快，工作人員上門檢查調整後很流暢。 設施：需要自己帶洗漱用品。

酒店位置很不錯距離機場很近，過去新羅免稅和樂天免稅都是步行10-15分鐘左右，頂樓的房間可以看到機場飛機起降（雖然會有一點點遮擋）。而且樓下就是便利店，餐廳也很多，走幾步就是olive young，買東西非常方便，旁邊一整條街都是品牌專賣店，下次還會選擇入住。

위치.주차장 전부 괜찮은데요 위생은 솔직히 좀 화가났습니다. 4층 트윈룸 사용자입니다. 바닥청소는 아예되지않은것처럼 전 사용자가 먹다가 흘린 도시락김 빈플라스틱과 과자부스러기들이 꽤 많았고요. 욕실 물은 너무 늦게빠지고 씻다가 물빠지거 기다리를 3-4번은 반복했어요. 저렴하게 예약하고 잠깐 잠만자는 용도여서 과자부스러기들만 봤을때는 걍 냅둬야지했는데 김 플라스틱에 빡쳐서 후기남깁니다. 침대 밑에 숨겨져있던것도 아니고 식탁쪽에 서면 보이는 곳에 있었고요. 이건 청소한 시늉도 없이 그냥 쓰레기통만 비운거나 다름 없다고 봅니다.

The only positive I'd like to mention is the proximity to the airport. Otherwise, the only negative impression was the disgusting attitude towards guests. The room was simply dirty, it felt like no one had cleaned it after the previous guests. I hoped at least the bed linens had been changed. There were strangers' black hairs all over the room: on the floor, on the cups, on the carpet, on the table... I even found someone else's contact lens on the table by the TV, indicating that no one had wiped down the tables after the previous guests. After contacting the lobby, the hotel staff apologized and assured us that the room would be cleaned immediately. We left and returned two hours later. Attention! Nothing had changed in the room (even the hair on the cup was still there!!!) After that, I went back to the lobby, and the guy I spoke to was very surprised. We went up together and inspected the room, and he said he'd take action immediately... Within an hour, a maid came and supposedly cleaned, and the hair on the cup was indeed removed, BUT!!! No one swept (or vacuumed), the floor was covered in hair, and the sheet with the hole I pointed out to the person in the lobby hadn't been replaced. The third time, I didn't have the energy to go and talk to the staff of this disgusting hotel. It was already 9:00 PM and we only needed a place to sleep. We left at 8:00 AM. During my vacation in Jeju, I stayed in five different hotels, five different hotels, and this one was the only one with such a mess.
