濟州機場欣欣酒店 (Shin Shin Hotel Jeju Airport)

酒店位置很不錯距離機場很近，過去新羅免稅和樂天免稅都是步行10-15分鐘左右，頂樓的房間可以看到機場飛機起降（雖然會有一點點遮擋）。而且樓下就是便利店，餐廳也很多，走幾步就是olive young，買東西非常方便，旁邊一整條街都是品牌專賣店，下次還會選擇入住。

위치.주차장 전부 괜찮은데요 위생은 솔직히 좀 화가났습니다. 4층 트윈룸 사용자입니다. 바닥청소는 아예되지않은것처럼 전 사용자가 먹다가 흘린 도시락김 빈플라스틱과 과자부스러기들이 꽤 많았고요. 욕실 물은 너무 늦게빠지고 씻다가 물빠지거 기다리를 3-4번은 반복했어요. 저렴하게 예약하고 잠깐 잠만자는 용도여서 과자부스러기들만 봤을때는 걍 냅둬야지했는데 김 플라스틱에 빡쳐서 후기남깁니다. 침대 밑에 숨겨져있던것도 아니고 식탁쪽에 서면 보이는 곳에 있었고요. 이건 청소한 시늉도 없이 그냥 쓰레기통만 비운거나 다름 없다고 봅니다.

The only positive I'd like to mention is the proximity to the airport. Otherwise, the only negative impression was the disgusting attitude towards guests. The room was simply dirty, it felt like no one had cleaned it after the previous guests. I hoped at least the bed linens had been changed. There were strangers' black hairs all over the room: on the floor, on the cups, on the carpet, on the table... I even found someone else's contact lens on the table by the TV, indicating that no one had wiped down the tables after the previous guests. After contacting the lobby, the hotel staff apologized and assured us that the room would be cleaned immediately. We left and returned two hours later. Attention! Nothing had changed in the room (even the hair on the cup was still there!!!) After that, I went back to the lobby, and the guy I spoke to was very surprised. We went up together and inspected the room, and he said he'd take action immediately... Within an hour, a maid came and supposedly cleaned, and the hair on the cup was indeed removed, BUT!!! No one swept (or vacuumed), the floor was covered in hair, and the sheet with the hole I pointed out to the person in the lobby hadn't been replaced. The third time, I didn't have the energy to go and talk to the staff of this disgusting hotel. It was already 9:00 PM and we only needed a place to sleep. We left at 8:00 AM. During my vacation in Jeju, I stayed in five different hotels, five different hotels, and this one was the only one with such a mess.

友人4人で4日間利用させて頂きました。防音はあまりされておらず清潔感も微妙ですがフロントの人や清掃の人達が優しく、空港からも近く、良かったです！ トイレットペーパーは流したら詰まるらしいのが慣れなくて大変でした🥹

제주도 북부를 관광하기 위해 이 호텔에 5일간 머물렀어요. 대중교통 이용하기에 너무 좋았고 식당도 많아 편리했습니다. 호텔은 오래됐는지 실내 바닥의 타일이 깨져서 밟을때마다 소리가 나서 무척 신경쓰였어요. 바닥의 카페트는 무늬가 복잡해 웬만한 먼지는 보이지 않겠더라구요. 걷어내고 바닥이 보였으면 청결에 좀더 신경을 쓰지 않을까요? 베게는 낮은 것 하나만 줘서 하나 더 달라고 하니 그럴 수 없대요. 남편은 베낭을 깔고 그 위에 베개를 놓고 잤답니다.

Отель хороший, рядом с аэропортом (30 минут пешком), но не шумно, кормят вкусно. Из минусов не было утюга (не было написано, но думала это база...) Попался вид из окна на море)

酒店房間不錯，大堂很大氣，房間乾淨衞生，主要是位置特別好，距離機場也很近10分鐘路程，周邊全是吃的逛的，步行街非常熱鬧 設施：不算新但是沒大問題 衞生：很好 環境：非常棒

위치가 깡패입니다 너무 편해요 주변에 맛집이나 쇼핑할수 있는곳이 많아서 편하게 머물다 갑니다! 콘센트가 노후되서 잘 안들어가는것만 고치면 좋을것 같아요

還行就是有點小 整體都不錯 酒店也挺大的 離購物那條街也很近 價格也不算貴 設施有點少 被子有點舊 隔音效果還是挺好的
