Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. I arrived with my young daughter after a long journey and we were extremely exhausted. I arrived a little early and politely asked if we could wait in the reception area until check-in time, but the receptionist was very rude and refused, despite seeing that I was with a child. I even considered cancelling the booking, but then I was told I could go and see the room to decide. The room was very dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. However, because we were so tired and I had an early morning flight the next day, I had no real choice but to stay for one night. This was not a comfortable or welcoming experience at all. Poor cleanliness, poor customer service, and no consideration for guests travelling with children. I would not recommend this place.
