Very poor service was provided. The check in time they are showing is 12pm but till 3 pm our check in was not done. When finally the check in done after that we got to know that thay have allotted the room which was booked by any other person and charging money for that while we have already paid the amount as our booking was done through Make my 訂房網站. So out experience was very bad for three days. The suggestion from my side would be, they have to work on how to serve the guest.

The Kannelite Hotel in Sakchi, Jamshedpur is located at a very good location near the Sakchi Market. Facilities include the large parking area. The rooms are quite large in size but the maintenance is not good. The hotel is a bit costly as per the facilities and amenities provided.

Hotel is very good. Rooms are excellent. Staff service also very nice. As hotel is at the centre of the city, it is convenient to travel anywhere. Food is also good.

The stay was good overall. The location was central. Food was good. Only they were not giving mineral water without request. Last day gave me normal water. Kindly ensure daily 1 bottle of mineral water without asking.
