拉古納特酒店 (Hotel Raghunath)

Hotel is in a central location for shopping and religious places. Inside building is nice and grand. No elevator but the staff will take luggage. I arrived about 1.30pm and the staff came out to find me because I was lost. Receptionist very professional. Water is controlled by reception so you have to ask as far as I am aware for warm water after morning times. Nice natural light and window. Unfortunately my departure was not great truthfully. I left about 6.30am and the guy with rimless glasses was insistent on carrying my light luggage and offered to call auto for me outside. I voluntarily gave him a decent tip for what he did which was not a lot at all. Then he insisted I should give him even more because he said he shared it with the receptionist guy. I wasn't happy at all and gave him a small amount which I regretted since neither he did a lot, nor got a particularly good auto price for me (I was ok with it since it was morning and I don't know the local prices) and the receptionist did nothing at all. I don't know if the receptionist was aware but the review is so management are aware of what this guy does!

I gave average bcoz the approach to hotel was through a small lane. The door lock is not secure for the room I was allocated. The room n bathroom was neat

Staff are unprofessional and behavior was very odd. Their food service is very bad and tv is not working well in room and even no come for cleaning the room and washroom for my entire stay.

It is quite difficult to find the location and the hotel staff is very unprofessional. Even if they don't provide you with any toiletry kit no towel and when you ask for it it is very bad. The room tv was not in working conditions and when you ask for geyser they off your room ac.

It is located in main market through narrow lane. Room service is good staff is cooperative but house keeping need to be improved.

Very good hospitality and right in the middle of bazaar. Travel arrangements for local sightseeing also arranged without any hassles

Hotel is at good location and everything is okay according to price, we book a family room, but we couldn’t sleep whole night. Staff was speaking so loudly till 12:30 am at reception and our room was on first floor, then some guest had some issue and they started making noise at 3:30 am. Hotel is inside the street and we get the room having the windows at street side which added cherry on top for not letting us sleep. In short we didn’t get even 2 hour’s of sleep properly
