    They were really bad in cleaning. You will get used dirty towels, linen, bedsheets, pillow cover with hair and oil. They don't even clean the dust you will monitor in every cupboards. The worst thing is there even don't supply a bottle of complimentary water in your room. I asked for water bottles and they asked me 84 Rs to pay. Really cheap and pathetic even though you paid 5000-6000 for 2 nights. Never ever recommend to any guest to book this hotel again. Thanks

    no water bottle or coffee/ tea available as complimentary . rooms were okay sort of nothing great. washrooms too had soaps only.

    Dust everywhere and toilet seat comes on your back when you sit. Staff is not ready to listen and don’t even bother what you are saying. They only say hotel is full

    Hotel was nice but room was bit smaller, although location is in city centre convenient to travel around

    Tv was not operational. I have to ask to get the ac to get activated. Washroom was not clean at all. Room was rusty. Room walls was covered with the paint. Never recommend to any of known in future.

    The room had bad odour and bedsheet was not clean. They had no proper arrangements for lighting of the hotel and we spent one hour in darkness because they didn’t turn the generator on.

    Every room was booked for them on third floor. What ever shown, nothing matched actually. Moreover, hotel booking room for - per night Terrible
