Hotel punya akses langsung ke mall ciputra. Hotel lama tapi terawat baik. Wallpaper baru bahkan masih mau lemnya. Minusnya hanya kebanyakan kamar tidak memiliki shower jet dan standing shower. Anda mandi berdiri diatas bathtube. Hati2 terpeleset. Sarapan oke banget. Menuju hotel jalan rayanya crowdet banget.

出差一週，從網上搜到了這家評價不錯的酒店，根據當地消費水平算是不錯，窗外景色也不錯，不過設施老舊，窗戶不能打開，房間有點潮濕，另外房間裡一直沒有護髮素，去前台説了兩次，住了六晚到走也沒給放，其他洗漱用品放的也不是很及時。

I have stayed a lot of times at this hotel with my family. As it is directly connected to a shopping mall it is easy for my family members to look for food and shop lightly. The room is quite spacious and clean, it does seem to be newly renovated so it is brightly lit and quite cosy. The view is nice overlooking Jakarta’s busy traffic. Breakfast option is very limited and food often ran out when I was there but it is expected as there is always a crowd. Airport transfer is available at the concierge and able to book before hand to ensure smooth journey. During my last stay, however the one experience that put us off was the waiting for room during check in was not communicated properly causing us to wait until 4pm at the hotel lobby for the room. We were told the room would be ready in 30 mins but it turned out the aircon was not working and required repair, but staff did not inform us causing us to wait for a long time. We were tired from the long journey and would appreciate the heads up. However when we checked with staff a few times, we were only to be told the room was being prepared. This was one experience though, the rest of the stay was good.

Stayed for 10 days here. Unlike my previous experience last year with this hotel, this time the experience had been nothing but amazing. I like the fact that it’s located beside the mall and close to the bigger malls like Central Park. Staff has been always wonderful here. The room was also clean and great, but I think my room was upgraded to executive queen room. Appreciate the management who’ve been continuously improving the hotel experience. Definitely going to visit again on my stay at Jakarta.

Nice stay overall. Location is strategic. The bathroom in the normal deluxe room was a bit old (bathtub only shower), so we requested for an upgrade to grand premium room which had a proper shower room. But, it was pleasant. The reception desks were all very attentive and responsible.
