Menginap 1 mlm di suite junior room, ada 2 kamar dan ruang tamu. Cm agak tdk sesuai ekspetasi saya ya 😀, ini terlihat seperti apartemen bukan hotel ⭐️4 Sprei yg agak kotor ( seperti bekas org atau debu gtu yg ada bercak garis hitam) posisi memang rapi untuk ranjang dan selimut, mgkn mmg cuci ny tidak bersih. tv di kamar sempat tidak menyala dan kita tlp manggil staff namun mreka tidak kunjung dtg. Untuk sofa bed bersih, meja makan jg bersih, hanya kulkas yg sda sambal bekas org menginap tidak dibersihkan. Sering menginap di hotel untuk pinjam selimut dan bantal itu free, tp ini free hanya untuk bantal dan selimut dikenakan charge 30k. Saat menginap biasa minta free complimentary cake atau dekor untuk ultah selalu dpt dan ini zonk!! Tidak didapati sama sekali 😅. Staff ramah, untuk breakfast saya akuin enak dan komplit dan itu memuaskan. Yg bikin kecewa hanya untuk kondisi kamar saja, tidak harum saat masuk, dan tembok2 byk yg di plester tp tidak rapi, jg saat mandi knp tidak ad penutup ny karna sangat kcl jd saat mandi air keluar2. Kelengkapan seperti handuk, odol, sabun, sikat gigi dan hairdyer smua ada.

Just OK. AC was super noisy esp at night. Breakfast was too crowded and the food refill system need to improve, also the speedity to reclean the table when busy. Food was average too. Check in process took about 10 minutes. Check out is very slow too. Recommended if you are fine with slow services.

Everything is great, food is varied and delicious, there is a gym, adult and kids pools, and a playground. The mattresses and bedrooms are clean, the amenities in the room are complete (there is a hair dryer too). What's missing is the carpet outside the room. The carpet smells of dust, moisture and cigarettes together. there is also hair residue on the carpet.

這次去印尼 分別在tangerang, 雅加達，balikpapan 入住酒店。這家酒店的亮點是位置在市裡，去Kalapa Gading Mal 方便，早餐多樣化，性價比較高。缺點是交通太擁堵！酒店服務人員很不錯，給他們點贊👍

房間雖然老舊些，但整體還不錯。一室一廳方式還是非常寬敞，就是桌子狹窄一些不方便工作；房間燈光再明亮些就好了。

Both bedroom are comfortable but:- 1) cannot view the city because of the restricted to open balcony…maybe better select room without balcony… 2) Size of shower gel n shampo not enough for whole family…better put press bottle shampoo or shower gel like other hotel nowadays… 3) Why put mineral water bottle inside the washroom?..suppose to put in the pantry or on the table
