Hospitality nya juara bangetttt. Semua staff dan karyawannya mesti naik gaji! Bener2 senyaman itu dengan kemurahan staff dan karyawannya buat senyum dan menyapa. Makanan enak dan banyak pilihan. Tempatnya cozy, kolamnya bersih dan luas, air kolamnya juga seger ga pedih di mata.

This was my first time staying with Harris Suites. To start with, getting there was a breeze from the Airport, it was just a highway away. It's located close to the highway so it was a quick 30-minute ride. Checking in was also effortless as the customer service was helpful and friendly. I was give a room on the 2nd floor, not too bad considering not having to wait for the lift for too long. Of course i preferred a higher floor so that i could get a better view but that's OK. Room was clean and cozy, great for solo travellers. I have enjoyed my stay throughout, i managed to grab a quick breakfast on my 2nd day, it wasn't too crowded and the food selection is OK - nothing fancy, it's typical hotel breakfast that you would expect in SEA. On the final day, i could not have my breakfast as it was too crowded so i checked out early. Again, no hold-up during check-out, it was swift. i would surely come back again given its price point and its location.

Tempat oke akses gampang Cuma yg baru pertama kali nginep disni bingung gunain lifnya dan parkiranya karena barengan sm parkir apartemen Untuk pelayanan oke gercep Cuma ada beberapa staff yg kurang senyum mungkin karena capekk overall semuanya oke Makanan resto enak , cuma nasi gorengnya aja kuranv masih keras .

今次過去大人加細路一共10個人，訂了三間兩房公寓我覺得不太方便，反正出入都要有車，如果步行出去都比較遠 附近有大型超市商場，開車的話唔塞車10分鐘左右可以到 環境都幾好，就是床單發現有汙跡，我自己帶來一套床單過去 酒店有小童樂園和游泳池，細路玩得好開心

I recently stayed at Harris Hotel Puri Mansion. The room was spacious and comfortable—ideal for families or groups of friends. However, there were several aspects of the stay that could be improved. First, there were quite a lot of ants in the room, which was unpleasant. The layout of the hotel was also a bit awkward. The lift doesn’t connect directly to the swimming pool or café area. To get to breakfast, you have to take the lift to the lobby, then take an escalator down to the café—definitely not the most convenient setup. Another major downside was the lift itself. Although both lifts were supposedly operating, the waiting time were extremely long—felt like only one was working. It was frustrating having to wait so long every time we needed to go up or down. Lastly, the hotel is located a bit of a drive away from the main road, so it’s not the most accessible if you’re on foot or relying on public transport. Overall, while the room is suitable for small groups and families, the stay had a few inconveniences that affected the overall experience.

The Shower in the First room was only providing Cold water which caused me a Severe back pain, They changed my Room, But the other Room had many black ants in CR. This is first time I see Ants in a Hotel Room. Also have been staying in Harris Chain of hotels for last 13 years plus, But it is going down slowly. Both days they had no Butter to apply on the Bread. Breakfast option needs to be revised a little.
